Study On The Correlation Between Characteristic Parameters Of Pulse Wave And Thrombus Related Events In Patients With Coronary Heart Disease

Objective:To investigate the correlation between the characteristic parameters of photoplethysmography(PPG)and thrombus and its influencing factors in patients with coronary heart disease(CHD)and its predictive value for the occurrence of thrombus events.This paper analyzes the correlation between the loss of visit rate and the related demographic characteristics and the predictive value of the demographic characteristics to the occurrence of the loss of visit.Method:A total of 172 patients with coronary heart disease who were included in the study group from May 2017 to September 1129 were selected for follow-up calls to identify 172 patients with thrombotic events.Patients with thrombotic events were grouped with a thrombotic event as a criterion.Organized by general information Patients were divided into antiplatelet drug types,dietary habits,related chronic diseases,and body mass index(BMI)according to vascular sclerosis-related events.Line PPG detection,extraction stiffness index(SI),reflection index(RI),crest time(CT),normalized crest time(NCT),high of b(Hb),the height of c(Hc),time of bd(Tbd),high of b(Hd),aging index(AI),Time(T)and other parameters.The differences in PPG parameters between groups of patients were compared,and the correlation between PPG parameters and events related to thrombosis and atherosclerosis was analyzed.By sorting out the demographic data,the age,region and educational background were divided into three aspects,the total number of people and the number of lost visits were counted,the differences among the lost visit rateswere compared,and the correlation between the loss of visit rate and demographic characteristics was analyzed.Result:1.Comparison of PPG parameters between thrombus group and stable phase groupThe PPG parameters of the thrombus group and the stable phase group were compared and analyzed,and the difference of Tab,SI,RI of PPG parameters was statistically significant(P≤0.05).Thrombotic event logistic regression model =-1.036+2.768 RI.The logistic regression model predicted an area under the ROC curve of thrombus events of 0.572.2.Correlation between PPG parameters and factors affecting vascular sclerosisPPG parameters and factors affecting vascular sclerosis Taking antiplatelet drugs,BMI,diet and diet for factors affecting vascular sclerosis According to the analysis of related chronic diseases,the difference of PPG parameters T,Tbd,SI,RI in patients with chronic disease group was statistically significant(P≤0.05),and the difference of PPG parameters T,Tad and NCT among patients grouped by BMI was Statistically significant(P≤0.05).3.A study on the correlation between demographic characteristics and loss of visit rateAccording to the analysis of the demographic characteristics of age,region and education,it is found that the difference in the rate of loss of follow-up among the demographic characteristics by region and education is statistically significant.The primary school group and the university degree group,the middle school degree group and the university degree group The difference in loss of follow-up rate was statistically significant(P≤0.05),North China group-Northwest There was a statistically significant difference in the rate of loss of follow-up in the Northwest/Southwest China Group(P≤0.05).Loss of visit rate logistic regression model =-0.145+0.483×primaryschool education +0.891× secondary education +0.507 ×eastern region.The logistic regression model predicted an area under the ROC curve of 0.593 for loss of follow-up.Conclusion:1.The PPG parameters RI,SI,CT are associated with thrombotic events,where RI is an independent risk factor for thrombotic events.A logistic regression equation model containing a thrombotic event of ri has a certain value in predicting the occurrence of a thrombotic event.2.Have diabetes and high Patients with lipids have lower PPG parameters T,Tbd,RI than those without disease and hypertension,and patients with diabetes and hyperlipidemia have higher SI than those without disease and hypertension.3.The PPG parameters of BMI in the overweight and obese interval are T,Tad,NCT,and PPL lower than bm People in the normal range.4.The loss rate of people in higher educational background and coastal developed areas is lower than that in low and remote areas.Logistic regression equation model,which includes educational background and regional loss rate,has certain value in predicting the occurrence of loss of visit rate.
