| Objective: To observe the dose-effect relationship beteen low,middle and high dosage groups of White Tiger Decotion plus Ginseng in treating type 2 diabetes Mellitus with Exuberance of fire and Heat Syndrome,to observe the curative effect comparison of each group of White Tiger Decotion plus Ginseng in treating type 2 diabetes Mellitus with Exuberance of fire and Heat Syndrome,and to explore its dose-effect relationship and safety,to further refine the dosage of White Tiger Decoction,to improve clinical efficiency.Methods: Patients with type 2 diabetes with Exuberance of fire and Heat Syndrome were randomly divided into three groups:low-dose Group,middle-dose Group and high-dose Group,each group had 33 cases.Three groups were given basic treatment(Diet Control,health education,exercise),On this basis,the patients in the three groups were treated with low,medium,high and dose of white tiger plus ginseng decoction,and the changes of fasting and postpranital blood glucose,glycosylated hemoglobin,blood lipid,TCM syndrome score and other indicators were observed before and after the experiment The results were analyzed by SPASS26.0 software.Results:(1)The TCM Syndrome score and curative effct evaluation:after 8 weeks treatment,the TCM Syndrome score of all groups were lower than prior treatment(P<0.05).After 4 weeks and 8 weeks of treatment,the high-dose group < the medium-dose group < the low-dose group,and the difference was statistically significant(P < 0.01).After 8 weeks of Treatment,the curative effect of Traditional Chinese Medicine was significantly higher in high-dose group than in middle-dose group than in low-dose group(P<0.05).(2)Fasting Blood Glucose,two hours Postprandial Blood Glucose,Glycated hemoglobin: After 4 weeks and 8 weeks of treatment,the Fasting Blood Glucose and two hours postprandial blood glucose of the patients in each group decreased as compared with before treatment,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After 4 and 8 weeks of treatment,there was significant difference between High Dose Group and Middle Dose Group and low dose group(P<0.05).(3)Effect on cholesterol,triglyceride,high-density Lipoprotein and Low-density Lipoprotein: The blood lipid indexes of the patients in each group were improved after 8 weeks of treatment compared with those prior treatment.The difference was statistically significant(P < 0.01),after 8 weeks of treatment,there was no significant difference between low-dose Group and middle-dose Group,middle-dose Group and high-dose Group(P > 0.05),but there was significant difference between low-dose Group and high-dose Group(P > 0.05),there was no significant difference between triglyceride,high-density Lipoprotein and Low-density lipoprotein groups(P > 0.05).(4)Safety Index: The blood routine,fecal routine,urinary routine,liver and kidney function,electrolyte,electrocardiogram and other indicators of the three groups of subjects were within the normal range before and after treatment.During the whole test,no adverse events occurred in the middle and low dose groups,except 2 cases of mild adverse events with diarrhea were found in the High Dose Group,and the symptoms improved after the treatment was stopped.Research conclusions: Professor Yue Rensong,holds that the key pathogenesis of early diabetes is the exuberance of fire-heat,which should be directly folded into fire-heat and cut off "sugar poison" in time.White Tiger plus Ginseng decoction can obviously improve the blood sugar level and TCM syndrome symptom of T2 DM patients.After 8 weeks of treatment,the High Dose Group > The Middle Dose Group > The low dose group,but in the same group,after 8 weeks of treatment,the overall effect of each group was better than that after 4 weeks of treatment.It is explained that Baihu plus Ginsseng decotion has certain concentration-dose-effect relationship and time-dose-effect relationship in the scope of this study aimed at the improvement of TCM symptoms and blood sugar,an it has good security.The treatment of T2 DM with target dose provides an idea for the precise treatment of T2 DM with Exuberance of fire and Heat Syndrome with TCM and prevention of complications. |
