| Objective: Taking the obesity-related hypertension patients as the research object,through observing the changes of blood pressure,obesity index and TCM syndrome score before and after treatment,to evaluate the clinical efficacy,and explore the influence and mechanism of eliminating dampness and resolving phlegm therapy on obesity related hypertension,so as to provide the basis and new ideas for the treatment of obesity related hypertension by TCM or the combination of TCM and Western medicine,and promote the clinical application of TCM.Methods: According to the random number table,70 patients were randomly divided into treatment group and control group.The control group was given basic treatment of irbesartan tablets,the treatment group was added with traditional Chinese medicine decoction,recorded the blood pressure,blood lipid level,body weight,BMI,waist circumference and TCM syndrome score of the two groups before and 4 weeks after the treatment,and observed the safety during the treatment.Finally,the data were statistically analyzed with SPSS23.0.Result: 1.After treatment,TCM syndrome score,blood pressure,blood lipid level and obesity index in the treatment group were significantly improved(P < 0.05),and significantly better than those in the control group(P < 0.05).2.The control group also had a certain effect in TCM syndrome score,blood pressure level and blood lipid level(P < 0.05),but it was not significant in improving obesity index,which was statistically significant compared with the treatment group(P < 0.05).3.The effective rate of the treatment group was significantly higher than that of the control group(P < 0.05).Conclusion: 1.The treatment group was significantly better than the control group in improving blood pressure level,blood lipid level,clinical symptoms and weight loss.2.Eliminating dampness and resolving phlegm therapy has definite clinical effect,and the combination of Western medicine is more effective than western medicine alone in the treatment of obesity hypertension. |
