| ObjectiveIn this issue, by using the therapy of "dampness-eliminating phlegm-resolving blood-activating" for the phlegm stagnation type polycystic ovarian syndrome to estimate the clinical observation in self-controlling and discuss the possible mechanism of it.To provide safe and also superior precept for treating with phlegm stagnation type polycystic ovarian syndrome.Methods30 cases of patients with phlegm stagnation type polycystic ovarian syndrome were tutored to use the therapy of "dampness-eliminating phlegm-resolving blood-activating" for six months. Mainly observe the changes of menstrual cycle-body mass indexã€follicular number and TCM symptoms after three months and six months.Results1. After six months,10% of the cases were cured, the total effective rate of the clinical curative effect was 90%; 2.23.3% of the cases had recover the normal menstrual cycle, and the total effective rate of the difference in menstrual cycle was 93.3%; 3. After the treatment, body mass index and excretion of androgen also the follicular number had become better; 4. After the treatment,10% of the cases had become pregnant.ConclusionThe therapy of dampness-eliminating phlegm-resolving blood-activating can improve the clinical curative effect of the treatment of phlegm stagnation type polycystic ovarian syndrome. Its mechanism may be through the reduction of body weight and androgen excretion, indirect coordinate the axis of hypothalamus-pituitarium-ovary, thereby can promote the excretion of FSH and LH. Finally it can adjust the menstrual cycle, improve the weight leucorrhea such as obesity, with safe and good clinical efficacy. |
