The Clinical Study On The Treatment Of Erectile Dysfunction Of Liver Qi Stagnation Type With "Qi Machine Ascending And Descending" Theory

Objectives:Based on the theory of Qi machine ascending and descending,the clinical efficacy and safety of Jiangqi-San in the treatment of patients with erectile dysfunction of liver stagnation and qi stagnation were studied,and the guiding significance of Qi machine ascending and descending Theory in the diagnosis and treatment of clinical diseases was enriched.Methods : A randomized,controlled method,72 patients with erectile dysfunction of liver stagnation and qi stagnation were selected and divided into two groups,each with 36 patients.3 times a day,1 bag each time),the control group was given Chaihu Shugan powder(provided by the department of Pharmacy,Affiliated Hospital of Chengdu University of Traditional Chinese Medicine,usage is 3 times a day,1 bag each time).The treatment period was 4 weeks,followed by 0 weeks before treatment and 4 weeks after treatment,with one follow-up visit each time.The subjects' international erectile function index questionnaire form-5 scores(five-item International Index of Erectile Function,IIEF-5),Erection Quality Scale(EQS),Self-esteem and relationship questionnaire(SEAR),Erectile Dysfunction Treatment Satisfaction Scale,EDITS),Self-Rating Anxiety Scale(SAS)and Self-Rating Depression Scale(SDS),Quality Evaluation Questionnaire(QEQ),erection Erectile Hardness evaluation(EHS),TCM syndrome scores and adverse events,using SPSS22.0 to analyze the clinical treatment evaluation effect results before and after the treatment of the two groups of patients to compare the difference in treatment effect,and observe whether the ascending and descending powder has an erection of this type There is an impact on the therapeutic effect of dysfunction.Results:During the experimental study,4 cases of the test group fell off,and 3 of the control group fell off.The final effective cases were 65 cases.After 4 weeks of treatment,taking IIEF-5 as the main clinical evaluation index,the effective rate of the Jiangshang powder group was 56.25%;the effective rate of the Chaihushugan powder group was 63.63%.Both the lifting and the Chaihushugan powder could improve liverdepression Erectile function in people with stagnation erectile dysfunction.In terms of TCM syndrome scores,the changes in the scores before and after treatment in the respective groups were compared,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05);the differences in scores between the two groups were compared,and the differences were not statistically significant(P>0.05).In terms of IIEF-5 scores,the changes in the scores before and after treatment were statistically significant(P<0.05)which were compared between the two groups and the difference between the two groups was no statistically significant difference(P>0.05).In terms of QEQ score,EQS score,SEAR score and EDITS score,the changes in the scores before and after treatment in each group were statistically significant(P < 0.05);while the scores changes were not statistically significant between the two groups(P>0.05).In terms of SAS and SDS scale scores,the difference between the scores before and after treatment in the control group was statistically significant(P<0.05);the scale score differences before and after treatment in the test group were not statistically significant(P>0.05).There were 2 cases of stool in the test group after taking the medicine a little more frequently,which can be relieved by themselves without special treatment.Conclusion:The theory of "Qi machine ascending and descending" guides the use of lifting and lowering powder to treat patients with erectile dysfunction of liver stagnation and qi stagnation.The clinical effect is similar to the classic "Shuganjieyu" method represented by Chaihu Shugan Powder.A new idea was used to treat erectile dysfunction of liver stagnation and qi stagnation,while enriching the connotation of traditional Chinese medicine theory to guide clinical treatment.
