ObjectiveBy observing the intervention effect and safety of middle-aged and elderly knee osteoarthritis(KOA)patients in the community with exercise therapy,a set of effective community intervention KOA exercise therapy plan was developed.MethodA total of 100 patients with knee osteoarthritis who met the criteria for inclusion were selected as subjects in this study, and they were randomly divided into a control group and an intervention group. The intervention group received 4 weeks of exercise therapy(Tai Chi,quadriceps strength training and knee flexion and extension training),health education and oral celecoxib capsules;the control group received 4 weeks of health education and oral celecoxib capsules.Observe the two indexes of pain, stiffness, joint function, muscle strength, joint range of motion and SAS(SelfRating Anxiety Scale).Result(1)There were no statistically significant differences in age, gender, single onset of legs, body mass index, and observation indicators before treatment in the two groups(P>0.05).(2)WOMAC pain index: intervention group(4.26±1.54,2.19±0.68)and control group(4.31±1.58,2.22±0.83).The two groups had significant effects in each cycle of intervention, and there was no difference(P>0.05);(3)WOMAC stiffness indicators: the intervention group(2.00±0.69,1.30±0.88)and the control group(3.33±1.13,3.07±1.03).The intervention group was better than the control group in the intervention cycle(P<0.05);(4)WOMAC joint function index: intervention group(20.85±5.01,11.94 ± 2.88)and control group(25.64±5.53,19.18±3.99).Both groups had therapeutic effects during the intervention phase, but the intervention group was better than the control group(P<0.05);(5)Muscle strength: The intervention group(43 people with V-grade muscle strength, accounting for 52.44%)and the control group(24 people with V-grade muscle strength, accounting for 32.00%)only showed a certain effect at the fourth week of intervention. The number of people who improved was more than the control group(P<0.05);(6)Range of joint motion: The intervention group(119.33±14.12,129.60±10.15)and the control group(108.25±11.11,113.48±9.67)both increased during the intervention phase, and the intervention group was significantly better than the control group(P<0.05);(7)SAS score: intervention group(48.09±8.75,42.60±9.54)and control group(49.42±8.37,45.07±7.50)The two groups had significant effects in each cycle of intervention, and there was no difference(P>0.05).Sex analysis found a close correlation with the pain score(P<0.01)and a positive correlation(r>0).(8)At the 8-week follow-up after the intervention,WOMAC pain, stiffness, joint function and muscle strength, joint range of motion, and SAS score were significantly better than the control group(P<0.05).ConclusionThe exercise therapy group can significantly improve the pain and stiffness of knee osteoarthritis patients, increase muscle strength, increase joint mobility and improve patient anxiety.Compared with the control group, the efficacy is better than the control group and long-term effect Better.
