Objective:To investigate the effect of suspensory laparoscopic surgery and pneumoperitoneum laparoscopic surgery for ovarian cystectomy and its effect on stress hormone and ovarian functionMethods:Retrospective analysis of the data of laparoscopic ovarian cyst denudation from July 2015 to August 2017,and they were were divided into the control group and the treatment group according to the surgical methods they accepted,45 cases in each group. The differences of operation time, intraoperative blood loss, postoperative first anal exhaust time and intraoperative and postoperative complications were compared between the two groups. The changes of stress hormones?COR and NE?,and the changes of ovarian sex hormone?E2,LH and FSH?on the 3rd day of menstrual menstruation were compared between preoperative and postoperative patients 24 h before and 24 h after surgeryResults:1.There were statistically significant differences between the treatment group and the control group in operation time and intraoperative blood loss?P<0.05?.Postoperative first anal exhaust time was shorter in the suspension group than in the pneumoperitoneum group, but the difference was not statistically significant?P>0.05?.2.Complications occurred in 5 cases?11.11%?in the treatment group and 16 cases?35.56%?in the observation group, with statistically significant differences?P<0.05?.3.There was no significant difference in COR and NE levels between the two groups before surgery?P>0.05?,and the COR and NE levels in the treatment group 24 h after surgery were significantly lower than those in the control group?P<0.05?.4.There were no statistically significant differences in E2,LH and FSH levels between the two groups before operation?P>0.05?,E2 level in the treatment group was significantly higher than that in the control group, and LH and FSH levels were significantly lower than those in the control group at 3 months after the operation, with statistically significant differences?P<0.05?.Conclusion:Compared with pneumoperitoneum laparoscopic surgery, suspensory laparoscopic ovarian cystectomy has shorter operation time, less intraoperative bleeding;postoperative nausea and vomiting, subcutaneous emphysema and other less CO2 pneumoperitoneum related complications and to the body's stress response is small.Ovarian tissue can be directly lifted to the abdominal wall incision for suture hemostasis, which has little effect on ovarian reserve function, therefore,it has certain clinical application value and promotion value.
