Objective: To investigate the relationship between the Parameters of Pulmonary Hemodynamics and blood routine, oxidative inflammatory stress and coagulation in Patients with Different types of Pulmonary hypertension. Methods:? A total of 51 Patients with Pulmonary hypertension in Fuwai Hospital from May 2019 to August 2019 were selected for the study, there were 2 groups: connective tissue Disease related Pulmonary hypertension(CTD-PAH),chronic thromboembolic Pulmonary hypertension(CTEPH),the Hemodynamics Parameters(including right atrial mean Pressure,Pulmonary vascular resistance,Pulmonary artery mean Pressure)were measured,at the same time,Serum Markers(including oxidative inflammatory stress markers: C reactive Protein, neutrophil to lymphocyte ratio;right ventricular function markers: b-type natriuretic Peptide)were measured,to compare the relationship between the Hemodynamics Parameters of Different types of Pulmonary hypertension and oxidative inflammatory stress, and other biochemical Parameters. Results: 1.There were no statistically significant differences between ctd-pah and CTEPH groups in male/female ratio, age, body mass index,Borg dyspnea score,6min walking test, pulmonary arterial hypertension grading,etc;2.Comparison of hemodynamic indexes between CTD-PAH group and CTEPH group showed that pulmonary vascular resistance, average pulmonary artery pressure and average right atrium pressure were all P>0.05,and the difference was not statistically significant;3.The CRP and BNP indexes in CTD-PAH group were the lowest, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).There was no significant statistical difference in the expression level of the remaining indexes(P>0.05).4.In the correlation analysis,in the ctd-pah group and the CTEPH group, the right atrial pressure, average pulmonary artery pressure and pulmonary vascular resistance were positively correlated with CRP,NLR and BNP(P<0.05)Conclusions:The serum inflammatory factors CRP and BNP in the CTEPH group were higher than those in the CTDPH group, and the differences were statistically significant(P < 0.05).Correlation analysis showed that among the hemodynamic indexes, right atrial pressure, pulmonary artery average pressure and pulmonary vascular resistance were positively correlated with CRP,NLR and BNP.It suggests that inflammatory factors are closely related to the above two pulmonary hypertension, and BNP can be used as an early monitoring indicator of pulmonary hypertension...
