Objective This study selects the relevant contents of the spleen image theory in Huangdi Neijing(hereinafter referred to as Neijing),and sums up and classifies it.On the basis of fully understanding the theoretical contents of spleen-Tibetan image,the author explains the theoretical contents of spleen-Tibetan image and puts forward his own opinions and viewpoints.By systematically combing the contents of spleen-Tibetan image disease,this paper summarizes and analyzes the etiology and pathogenesis of spleen-Tibetan disease in Neijing,and explores the deep meaning and evolution of spleen-Tibetan disease in Neijing,in order to understand the theory of spleen-Tibetan image comprehensively and systematically.Methods1.Through the method of electronic retrieval and reading of original books,this paper comprehensively extracts the original text related to the theory of spleen Tibetan image in Huangdi Neijing,and comprehensively understands and understands the content of the theory of spleen Tibetan image.2.Referring to the note book of Huangdi Neijing,sorting out the contents of the theory of spleen Tibetan image,this paper extracts the notes of Yang Shangshan,Wang Bing,Ma shi,Zhang Jiebin,Zhang Zhicong,Huang Yuanyu and other six noteers on the theory of spleen Tibetan image of Huangdi Neijing.Note each sentence and paragraph in the original text,extract the notes under the original text,and attach their own views and opinions.3.On the basis of further understanding the theory of spleen Tibetan image,the theory of spleen Tibetan image in Huangdi Neijing is sorted out,summarized and classified by referring to the notes of various annotators.This paper focuses on the study of spleen morphology,physiological characteristics of spleen,physiological function of spleen,natural attributes of spleen,and connection with other viscera organs.ContentThis study is divided into three parts,the first part is the collation work,extract the "Neijing" spleen-Tibetan image theory of the original text and notes.The second part is to collect and analyze the literature data related to spleen disease in Neijing.The pathogenesis and classification of spleen-Tibetan diseases were analyzed and its origin and flow were identified.The typical splenic diseases were analyzed and discussed.The third part is the discussion,that is,I found in the course of the study to make a simple discussion and analysis.Conclusions1.Tibetan theory is based on the ancient anatomy,through direct observation,but because of its many limitations,it can not deeply explore the internal physiological and pathological changes in human living body.Therefore,the ancient Tibetan theory,from the point of view of the overall relationship to understand the changes of life dynamics,explain the human tissue structure and its physiological and pathological operation mechanism.2.Huangdi Neijing,based on anatomy,established a theory system of spleen image collection with spleen as the core and closely related to other viscera,tissues and orifices.3.In this paper,57 kinds of diseases of spleen system in Neijing were sorted out,including 13 kinds of diseases with abnormal physiological characteristics of spleen,18 kinds of diseases with abnormal physiological function of spleen,13 kinds of diseases with abnormal nature of spleen,6 kinds of diseases with abnormal viscera of spleen and 7 kinds of diseases related to other spleen veins.4.some diseases recorded in the Internal Classic,such as spleen edema,spleen wind hernia,spleen distension,spleen arthralgia,spleen elimination,spleen wind,spleen heartache,spleen malaria,etc.Although the above diseases are named "spleen ",but the vast majority of diseases with modern medicine spleen disease is far from.
