Study On The Status Of Chronic Disease Prevention And Control In Hebei Province

Objectives:This article collects relevant government documents,yearbooks,statistical data,and field survey data on the health status of residents in Hebei Province,and understands the current situation of chronic disease prevention and control in Hebei Province from the perspectives of both the supplier and the demander for the prevention and control of chronic diseases.Control the weak links of the supplier and the issues that need to be focused on,and put forward suggestions to provide scientific basis for the improvement of the chronic disease prevention and control management system in Hebei Province and the targeted development of chronic disease prevention and control in the future.Methods: 1.Used literature research methods to obtain information on chronic disease prevention and control providers,including chronic disease prevention and control policies,organizational systems,human resources and funding of major prevention and control subjects.2.A multi-stage random cluster sampling method was used to target residents in urban and rural areas of Hebei Province,and the residents' health questionnaire was surveyed.The content included the prevalence of chronic diseases,awareness of basic health knowledge,health beliefs,health behaviors,and patient compliance Happening.3.The survey data is recorded by Epidata3.1 software,and SPSS21.0 is used for data analysis.The inspection level is ?=0.05.Results:1.Current status of supply-side for prevention and control of chronic diseasesThrough literature research,Hebei Province has included the prevention and control of chronic diseases in the government's work plan and important agenda,and the network system of chronic disease prevention and controlinstitutions has taken shape;In 2017,the number of health technicians,practicing(assistant)physicians and registered nurses per 1,000 population in Hebei medical and health institutions were 5.7,2.6,and 2.1.The number of health technicians,practicing(assistant)physicians and registered nurses per1,000 population in primary medical and health institutions are 1.5,1.0 and0.3.The number of general practitioners per 10,000 people is 1.3,The proportion of full-time personnel engaged in the prevention and control of chronic diseases at the provincial,municipal,and county(district)levels of disease control centers is 3.3%,4.6% and 4.8%;Funds flowed to public health institutions in 2017 were 11.775 billion yuan(5.13%),with a per capita cost of156.58 yuan,and chronic disease management costs of 745 million yuan,accounting for the total cost of preventive management services Of the 8.20%,97.18% of the funds were raised by government programs.2.Current status of demand-side for prevention and control of chronic diseasesA total of 5688 household questionnaires were received,of which 5144 were valid questionnaires,and the pass rate was 90.44%.A total of 7114 questionnaires were received from residents over 18 years old,of which 6953 were valid questionnaires,and the pass rate was 97.34%.As for the prevalence of chronic diseases,the overall prevalence rate of chronic diseases among residents over 18 years old in Hebei Province is 50.7%,the prevalence rate of chronic diseases among adults aged 18-59 years is 31.3%,and the prevalence rate of chronic diseases among the elderly over 60 years old is 65.8%;Awareness of basic health knowledge.The awareness rates of residents on national salt,oil,sugar recommendations and body mass index are 16.8%,3.4%,3.8% and 21.7%;Health beliefs.After knowing that high salt,oil and sugar intake is harmful to health,they will choose to reduce the use of salt,oil and sugar.The proportions are 92.3,93.8 and 95.0%.69.8% of residents believe that osteoporosis can be prevented;health behaviors,the overall smoking and alcohol consumption rate of residents were 19.3% and 22.0%,respectively,Sugar intake and salt content were 30.0g,1.8g and 8.3grespectively;patients' compliance with medication,hypertension and hyperlipidemia patients took medication according to the doctor's order rate was 70.9% and 51.5%,gender,age,monthly income,Marital status and education are the influencing factors of medication compliance in patients with hypertension,age,monthly income,education and occupation are the influencing factors of medication compliance in patients with hyperlipidemia.Conclusions:1.The unreasonable operation mechanism between the chronic disease prevention and control departments,the lack of prevention and control funds and professionals are the shortcomings of the chronic disease prevention and control providers in Hebei Province at this stage.The chronic disease prevention and control management system structure should be reformed to enhance the comprehensive coordination ability and increase Cultivate talents related to chronic diseases,improve the incentive mechanism,and expand funding channels.2.The key issues in the demand side of chronic disease prevention and control in Hebei Province are the weak health management awareness of the residents and the poor medication compliance of patients.The promotion of health awareness of the general population and the improvement of patient medication compliance should be regarded as the focus of future chronic disease prevention and control.3.Comprehensive analysis of the factors that affect the medication compliance of patients with chronic diseases is mainly family monthly income and age,which is specifically manifested by the lower income and age of patients taking medication compliance worse.Such people need to pay special attention to specific management methods to more accurately improve patient compliance.
