Objective:To determine the correlation between levels of homocysteine?Hcy?,hypersensitive C-reactive protein?hs-CRP?,lipoprotein associated phospholipase A2?Lp-PLA2?and severity of coronary artery lesion in patients with type 1 myocardial infarction,so as to provide the value of precise treatment for myocardial infarction patients, and provide the foundation of improving the prognosis of patients with acute myocardial infarction.Methods:101 Patients with type 1 myocardial infarction at the Fifth Department of Cardiology,Cang Zhou central hospital from February 2018 to February 2019 were enrolled and were assigned as the myocardial infarction group?AMI group?.According to the SYNTAX score, the patients were divided into three subgroups, low score group?0-22 points,50 cases?,middle score group?23-32 points,27 cases?,high score group??33 points,24 cases?.At the same period,50 patients with chest pain symptom and coronary vascular stenosis less than 50%were assigned as the control group.Compare the differences of Hcy,hs-CRP,Lp-PLA2levels in each group, and analyze the correlation between levels of Hcy,hs-CRP,Lp-PLA2 and SYNTAX score.Results:1. More patients had history of smoking, hypertension, diabetes, and levels of low density lipoprotein cholesterol?LDL-C?,Hcy,hs-CRP,Lp-PLA2were higher in AMI group than those in control group?P<0.05?.2. Multiple logistic regression analysis showed that the OR values of LDL-C,Hcy,hs-CRP and Lp-PLA2 in AMI group were 5.275,2.903,5.562and 1.744?P<0.001?,but there was no statistical significance in the history of smoking,hypertension,diabetes?P>0.05?.3.The Hcy,hs-CRP and Lp-PLA2 indexes of the high score group were higher than those of the middle score group and the low score group, and the three indexes of the middle score group were higher than those of the low score group, the differences were statistically significant?P<0.05?.Pearson correlation analysis showed that Hcy,hs-CRP and Lp-PLA2 had positive correlation with the SYNTAX score of AMI patients, with r values of 0.903,0.868 and 0.925?P<0.001?.The multiple linear analysis showed the regression equation is Y=-4.363+0.358Hcy+0.068Lp-PLA2.Conclusions:1.LDL-C,Hcy,hs-CRP and Lp-PLA2 are risk factors of patients with type 1 myocardial infarction.2. The levels of Hcy,hs-CRP and Lp-PLA2 are positively correlated with the SYNTAX score of patients with type 1 myocardial infarction.3. The combination of Hcy and Lp-PLA2 can predict the severity of coronary artery lesion in patients with type 1 myocardial infarction.
