Objective: To analyze and discuss the clinical manifestations, pathological types, and the relationship between the types of diseases and the types of diseases in children with percutaneous renal biopsy. To enhance the understanding of the clinical manifestations and pathological types of children with percutaneous renal biopsy, and to emphasize percutaneous renal biopsy. The importance in clinical work provides a reference for local pediatric clinicians in early diagnosis and treatment. Methods: The pathological types and clinical data of 1251 children undergoing percutaneous renal biopsy were collected from January 2000 to December 2019 in the Second Hospital of Hebei Medical University from January 2000 to December 2019.For different age groups(≤3,3 <n ≤7,7 <n≤10,10 <n≤14),and the composition ratio of sex is compared and analyzed.Taking 2009 as the time point, the first 10 years(2000-2009,T1)and the next 10 years(2010)are analyzed.-2019,T2 indication)Changes in the types of primary and secondary glomerular diseases. Results: 1.In this study,1251 children were diagnosed and corrected with 491 cases, accounting for 39.2%.The main complications of percutaneous renal biopsy were gross hematuria and subcapsular hematoma, with an incidence of 2.3% and 0.24%,respectively.Among 2.1251 children with percutaneous renal biopsy,915 cases of primary glomerular disease(73.1%),325 cases of secondary glomerular disease(26%),11 cases of hereditary kidney disease(0.9%);the most common type of disease in primary glomerular disease is 449 cases of nephrotic syndrome(49.1 %),Followed by 374 cases(40.9%)with hematuria and proteinuria;in secondary glomerular disease, purpuric nephritis is the most common,228 cases(70.2%),lupus nephritis is second, and 76 cases 23.4%);Among hereditary nephropathy,9 cases(89.1%)and 2 cases(18.9%)of Alport syndrome and thin basement membrane disease, respectively; The 3rd place was 351 cases(28.1%)of Ig A N,283 cases(22.6%)of glomerular microlesions(MCD / ML),and 162 cases(12.9%)of mesangial proliferative glomerulonephritis(Ms PGN);Children with Ig A N and Alport syndrome had more males than females, the difference in composition ratio was P <0.05,which was statistically significant;4.Primary The proportion of glomerular disease is highest in the age group of ≤ 3 years(95%),and then gradually declines in each age group;the proportion of secondary glomerular disease gradually increases with age.In each age group, the difference in HBV-GN composition ratio was statistically significant(P<0.05).The composition ratio was highest in the age group of ≤ 3 years old,and gradually decreased with age.5.Primary glomeruli The composition ratio of Ig AN was statistically significant in all age groups of the disease(P<0.05).Ig AN had the highest composition ratio in the 6 <n≤10-year-old group;6.The most common pathological type of nephrotic syndrome was kidney There were 149 cases(33.2%)of microglobular lesions(MCD / ML),followed by Ig A N and MN,102 cases(22.7%)each,focal stage sclerosis(FSGS)27 cases(6%);hematuria with proteinuria Among the clinical types, the most common pathological type is Ig A N,222 cases(59.4%),45 cases(12.0%)of glomerular microlesions(MCD / ML);7.T2 in primary glomerular disease(2010-2019)The composition of NS is higher than that of T1(2000-2009).NS has an increasing trend and HPU has a decreasing trend. In secondary glomerular disease,T2(2010-2019 The phase of HSPN is lower than that of T19(2000-2009),and LN has an increasing trend.Conclusions:1.Renal pathological types in children with percutaneous renal biopsy are related to clinical manifestations, gender, and age.2.In our hospital for nearly 20 years, the composition ratio of NS and HPU has changed in primary kidney disease;the ratio of HSPN and LN has changed in secondary kidney disease.3.Percutaneous renal puncture is relatively safe, and there is no substitute for clear diagnosis and treatment.
