Objective: Kidney diseases are common and affect human health, and the incidence of a disease and mortality rate are increasing in recent years. To analyze the pathological types, epidemiological distribution and clinical characteristics of renal diseases in Jining First People’s hospital in recent 7 years. It aims to provide guidance for disease control in the region. Methods: The renal biopsy pathological data, basic clinical data and laboratory examination data of patients who received renal biopsy in Jining First People’s hospital from January 1,2015 to December 31,2021 were collected,A retrospective analysis of the distribution and evolution trend of renal disease pathological types in the past 7 years, and used SPSS 20.0 statistical software for statistical analysis. Results: 1.A total of 1383 patients received renal puncture biopsy in the renal department of the center from 2015 to 2021,including 51 patients whose clinical data were incomplete or whose diagnosis could not be confirmed by clinical and pathological examination, and 1332 patients with kidney disease meeting the criteria were included. In terms of gender, there are 732 males(54.95%)and 600 females(45.05%).1332 patients were between 10 and 74 years old at the time of kidney biopsy, with an average age of 42.45±14.49 years. In terms of age, there were 75 patients(5.63%)in the kids group(< 18 years old),523 patients(39.27%)in the youth group(18-40 years old),572 patients(42.94%)in the middle-aged group(41-60 years old),and 162 patients(12.16%)in the aged group(> 60 years old).2.There were 1095 cases of PGD(82.21%),218 cases of SGD(16.37%),11 cases of TID(0.82%),and 8 cases of HN(0.60%).Among the PGD,5common pathological types were as follows: There were 613 cases of MN(55.98%),224 cases of IgAN(20.46%),106 cases of MCD(9.68%),72 cases of Ms PGN(6.58%),and 49 cases of FSGS(4.47%).Among the SGD,the more common pathological types were: There were 65 cases of LN(29.82%),53 cases of HSPN(24.31%),28 cases of HTN(12.84%),24 cases of DN(11.01%)and 14 cases of ANP(6.42%).3.Among the 1095 cases diagnosed with PGD,55.34% were males and44.66% were females.Except for IgMN,males were more than females and this difference makes sense that it is statistically(P < 0.05),In the remaining several pathological types, the difference in the proportion between men and women is not statistically significant. In terms of age, most of them were middle-aged(44.20%),followed by young people(40.27%).In clinical diagnosis,NS(53.61%)was the main diagnosis, followed by CGN(38.81%).4.Among the 218 cases diagnosed with SGD,54.13% were males and 45.87%were females. There were significantly more females in LN and HBV-GN than males(P < 0.05),while there were significantly more males in HSPN than females(P < 0.05).There were no statistically significant differences in gender in other pathological types. In terms of age, most of them are middle-aged(37.16%),followed by young people(33.94%).5.Among the clinical indicators,in PGD cases, the highest urinary protein quantitative pathological type was MCD(6.45±4.64g/d),and the lowest was IgAN(2.29±2.39g/d).The most common pathological type of hematuria was IgAN(84.21%),and the lowest was MCD(33.33%).The highest serum creatinine level was MPGN(160.18±198.24μmol/L),and the lowest was MN(70.68±44.40μmol/L).In SGD,the highest urinary protein level was LN(4.01±3.26g/d),and the lowest was AASV(1.60±1.38g/d).The most common pathological type of hematuria was AASV(88.89%),and DN(40.00%)was the least. The highest serum creatinine level was AASV(383.21±326.79μmol/L)and the lowest was HSPN(70.53±26.34μmol/L).Conclusion:1.The renal biopsy patients in our center were mainly male in gender, and young and middle-aged people in age.2.PGD was the most common pathological type of kidney disease in our center, followed by SGD.MN was the most common pathological type in PGD,while LN was the most common pathological type in SGD.3.There was no difference in gender distribution of most pathological types in PGD population. In terms of age,the majority of people are middle-aged.NS patients were the most common clinical diagnosis, followed by CGS.4.Among the common pathological types of SGD,LN was more common in females, while HSPN was more common in males. In terms of age,the majority of people are middle-aged.5.In terms of clinical indicators,in PGD and SGD,MCD and LN had the highest urinary protein level and the lowest blood albumin level; The proportion of hematuria in IgAN and AASV was higher.MPGN and AASV were the most common pathologic types of renal impairment.
