Study Of Basic Public Health Services Of Migrant Population In Minhou County

Since the reform and opening up,with the rapid development of social economy,China’s floating population scale continues to expand,a large number of rural floating population to work in cities,making a great contribution to urban development.At the same time of speeding up the process of urbanization,a series of problems also arise.Due to the traditional household registration system and other factors,the level of basic public health services of the floating population in relevant government departments needs to be improved,and the floating population fails to enjoy the same basic public health services as the permanent population.Therefore,how to change the government function and improve the efficiency of service and governance is of great significance to improve the basic public health service level and ability of the floating population.From the perspective of public management,based on the new public service theory and public product theory,this paper systematically and comprehensively studies the service level and situation of local public health services to the floating population in Minhou County by means of literature research,empirical research,case study and questionnaire survey.Through understanding the shortcomings of the basic public health services in Minhou County,studying the factors that lead to the low service level of the floating population,and carrying out research and Analysis on these factors,we can provide decision-making reference and basis for the government in improving the basic public health service level of the floating population and making relevant laws and policies.This article mainly through the empirical survey,literature research,questionnaire survey,questionnaire survey and other methods,to understand the floating population’s awareness and satisfaction of basic public health services in Minhou County.On the other hand,based on the practice of the basic public health services for the floating population in Minhou County,using the data of the dynamic monitoring of the floating population in 2017,this paper explores the problems existing in the basic public health services for the floating population in Minhou County.Based on the service concept,the resources of health services and the management mechanism,this paper analyzes the causes of the problems and makes them attractive It is difficult to master the oral information,and there is a phenomenon of leakage;the level of health education in various departments and towns(streets)needs to be improved;the distribution of medical and health resources is unbalanced;the investment of basic public health funds is insufficient;the level of medical security of the floating population is low.Through a comprehensive analysis of the current situation,problems and causes of health services in Minhou County,this paper puts forward countermeasures and suggestions for basic public health services of floating population,including using health big data,improving the health information sharing platform,increasing health education and publicity efforts,and promoting health information through multiple channels,establishing a high-quality talent team for basic public health services,and reasonably allocating basic public health service resources We should improve the financial system and increase the level of financial subsidies.
