Clinical Observation On Nourishing Liver And Kidney, And Removing Blood Stasis And Freeing Vessel Metod To Treat The Postmenopausal Osteoporosis

Objective:In this topic,a randomized controlled research method is used,guided by the the ories such as "Kidney Dominant Bone,Blood Stasis Theory",and "nourishing liver an d kidney,and removing blood stasis and freeing vessel " as the treatment principle,and post-menopausal osteoporosis is treated by observing the Supplementing the Kidney an d Quickening the Blood Method The clinical efficacy of the disease is discussed,and t he advantages of traditional Chinese medicine in the treatment of osteoporosis are expl ored to provide experience and basis for the treatment of postmenopausal osteoporosis with traditional Chinese medicine.method:Sixty patients with osteoporosis diagnosed and treated in Fuzhou Hospital of Integ rated Traditional Chinese and Western Medicine from December 2018 to November 2019 were selected and randomly divided into a test group and a control group,with th irty cases in each group.The test group was treated with calcium and Rocaltrol and Supplementing the Kidney and Quickening the Blood Method,and the control group c alcium and Rocaltrol was treated.If the patient could not bear the pain or seriously a ffected sleep,celecoxib capsules could be given.Both were 12 weeks,and physical ex aminations were performed before and after 12 weeks of medication,including clinical symptom scores,visual analog pain scores(VAS),lower limb muscle strength measur ements(TUG,CRT),bone density,and safety in patients with osteoporosis Indicators(calcium,liver and kidney function,electrocardiogram),etc,while recording the numbe r of painkillers and adverse drug reactions.result:1.Before treatment,the two groups of patients were compared in age,weight,h eight,BMI,VAS,TCM symptom score,TUG,CRT,bone density,etc.There was no s tatistical difference(P>0.05),so they were comparable.2.After 12 weeks of treatment,the clinical symptoms and pain of both groups o f patients improved(P<0.05).In terms of improvement of clinical symptoms and pain,the test group was better than the control group(P<0.05).3.In terms of the number of analgesics taken during treatment,the test group w as less than the control group,and the difference have statistical significant(P<0.05).4.For the improvement of bone mineral density,the improvement in the test gro up and the control group was not significant(P>0.05).5.In terms of lower limb muscle strength,the time required for two groups of patien ts to get up and walk,stand up and sit down is reduced compared with before treatm ent.Both the test group and the control group can improve the lower limb muscle str ength to varying degrees,and the test group has a better effect.5.In terms of clinical efficacy,in the comparison of the two groups in terms of efficacy,the test group had better efficacy than the control group,and the differencewas statistical Significance(P<0.05).Conclusion:nourishing liver and kidney,and removing blood stasis and freeing vessel can impr ove the symptoms of pain and lower limb muscle strength in postmenopausal osteopor osis patients,and the clinical efficacy is safe and reliable.
