Clinical Research On The Affect Of Qufushengji Ointment In The Treatment Of Skin Defects Of Limbs

Objective: To observe the clinical efficacy of Qufushengji ointment in the treatment of skin defect wounds.The clinical promotion of skin defects provides medical evidence.Methods: Sixty skin defect patients admitted to the orthopedics department of Fuzhou Second Hospital Affiliated to Xiamen University were eligible for debridement in the early two groups.The necrotic tissue and foreign bodies were removed,and hydrogen peroxide,normal saline and vital iodine were used to rinse them.Randomly divided into 2 groups,30 cases of skin defect wounds in the treatment group were treated with conventional dressing +Qufushengji ointment;30 cases of skin defect wounds in the control group were treated with conventional dressing + petrolatum gauze,and the dressing was changed once a day for the first three days.Later,dressing was changed every 2 to 3 days until the wound healed.The changes of healing area,wound healing time,skin quality,and scar condition of each group were observed and recorded on days 3,7,14,and 21 after administration.The clinical effects of Qufushengji ointment on skin defect wounds were compared and compared.Results: Sixty patients were randomly divided into groups.The gender,age,and wound area of each group were compared,and the differences were not statistically significant(P> 0.05),and they were comparable.Healing rate: The healing rate(%)of the sore surface on the 3rd and 7th days after the administration of the two groups of patients,P> 0.05,there was no statistical significance in the two groups;the healing rate of the sore surface on the 14 th and 21 st days after the administration of the two groups of patients(%),P <0.05,the difference is statistically significant,indicating that after 14 days of treatment in the two groups,the results of the treatment group were significantly better than the control group in terms of improving the skin defect healing rate.Healing time: In terms of defect healing time,the time taken to heal wounds was less in the treatment group than in the control group,P <0.05,indicating a statistically significant difference.In terms of surface healing time,the treatment group was significantly better than the control group.Scar condition: The treatment group and the control group were followed up for 2 months after healing.The quality of the scar was significantly different from the color,blood vessel distribution,thickness,and softness.There was a significant difference,P <0.05,indicating that the difference was statistically significant,and the treatment group was significant.Better than the control group.Conclusion: For patients with skin defects,treatment with Qufushengji ointment after debridement can effectively improve the wound healing rate,improve skin treatment,reduce scar formation,shorten healing time,and reduce treatment costs.During the study period,no adverse reactions and complications occurred,which deserves further clinical promotion and application.
