Studies On Pharmacology Of Simiaojunyi Ointment For Anus And Postoperative Wound Healing Effect

Object:To investigate the effect and mechanism of Simiaojunyi ointment in Promoting wound healing in rats.Method:Full thickness excisional wound on the back of rats were used as wound models. The 60 rats were divided randomly into 6 groups and treated with Black Group, Pearl Cream, Recombinant human epidermal growth factor group, a large,middle,and small doses of Simiaojunyi ointment respectively.The treatment benan on the first day after making mole and ended with the complete heal of the wound surface.To observe the general situation of wound in each group after injury. And The therapeutic effects were evaluated by measuring the wound healing rate on the 3rd,7th,14th days after wound. To draw the materials from the granulation tissue of the wound surface in one weeks and in two weeks separately, determine the protein content and EGFR content in rat granulation tissue, and take down the Average healing time at last.Results:Simiaojunyi ointment can obviously promote wound healing and shorten wound healing time. The effect of simiaojunyi ointment were superior to recombinant human epidermal growth factor group,and the same effect as with Pearl Cream. Simiaojunyi ointment could obviously improve the content of protein and EGFR.Conclusion:Simiaojunyi ointment can obviously promote wound healing and shorten wound healing time. Simiaojunyi ointment through increased EGFR levels and enhance the protein content to promote wound healing.
