ObjectiveTo evaluate the safety and effectiveness of the Endurant ? stent-graft for abdominal aortic aneurysm patients with challenging anatomies.MethodsThe clinical data of 17 abdominal aortic aneurysm patients with challenging anatomies treated with Endurant ? stent-graft in the First Affiliate Hospital of Chongqing Medical University between February2017 and October 2017 was analyzed retrospectively. The technical success rate, clinical success rate and incidence of postoperative complications were summarized.ResultsSeventeen patients released the stent successfully. Two cases occured type ?a endoleak and disappeared at 1 month postoperatively. The overall technical success rate was 88.2%,and the clinical success rate was 100%.There were no deaths during the perioperative period. In the follow-up time of 15.6±2.3(12~20)months,no delayed endoleak, tumor enlargement, stentdisplacement, fracture, stenosis or occlusion occurred.ConclusionEndurant ? stent-graft for abdominal aortic aneurysm patients with challenging anatomies is effective and safe.Further studies with larger sample and longerfollow-up are needed to evaluate mid-and long-term results. |
