| Objective To observe the clinical effect of Ginkgo Huonao Capsule combined with cinepazide maleate in the treatment of blood stasis obstruction type vertigo,in order to provide relevant reference for clinical treatment of blood stasis obstruction type vertigo.Methods Sixty patients who met the diagnostic criteria of circulatory ischemia and Chinese medicine vertigo(blood stasis and obstruction of orifices type)were randomly divided into treatment group and control group,30 cases in each group.Control group was given cinepazide maleate injection 10 ml with 0.9%sodium chloride 500 ml intravenous drip once a day.Treatment group on the basis of the control group plus ginkgo huonao capsule oral,2 tablets each time,3 times a day,and the two groups were continuously used for 2 weeks.Comparison of TCM syndrome score,DARS scale score and transcranial Doppler ultrasound before and after treatment(TCD)to detect changes in the mean blood flow velocity of VA and BA.Results 1.Analysis of baseline indicators of the two groups: after statistical analysis,it was concluded that the sex,age,course of disease,degree of vertigo,basic disease and other aspects of the patients in the two groups were P>0.05,there was no statistical difference and comparable.2.Comparison of clinical efficacy between the two groups: the two groups were effective for blood stasis and obstruction of orifices type vertigo,and the total effective rate of the treatment group was 93.33% higher than that of the control group 76.67%,P<0.05,which was statistically significant.3.Comparison of TCM syndrome integral of the two groups: the TCM syndrome score of the two groups after treatment decreased compared with that before treatment,P<0.05,there was statistical difference;after treatment,the TCM syndrome score of the treatment group was decreased syndrome score was more significant than that of the control group,P<0.05,with statistical significance.4.Comparison of DARS scale scores between the two groups: after treatment,the DARS scale scores of the patients in the two groups decreased to a certain extent,P<0.05,and there was significant statistical difference;between the two groups,the DARS score of the treatment group was more obvious than that of the control group,P<0.05,indicating that the effect of the treatment group was more obvious.5.Comparison of the mean blood flow velocity(VM)of bilateral vertebral artery and basilar artery in the two groups: the VM of bilateral VA and BA in the two groups after treatment was higher than that before treatment,and the VM of bilateral VA and BA in the treatment group after treatment was higher than that in the control group(P < 0.05).The results showed that the blood flow velocity of bilateral vertebral artery and basilar artery increased in both groups,and the treatment group was more effective than the control group.6.Two groups of patients before and after treatment did not appear adverse reactions,clinical safety and reliability.Conclusion 1.Ginkgo huonao capsule combined with cinepazide maleate in the treatment of blood stasis and obstruction of orifices type vertigo,its clinical effect is better than that of cinepazide maleate alone,and no adverse reactions occur during the medication,and the safety is good.2.Ginkgo Huonao capsule combined with cinepazide maleate in the treatment of blood stasis and obstruction of orifices type vertigo,can better improve the patients’ TCM syndrome score,DARS scale score and vertebral-basilar artery blood flow velocity,which may be the reason why its clinical efficacy is better than that of single western medicine.3.Ginkgo Huonao capsule combined with cinepazide maleate in the treatment of blood stasis and obstruction of orifices type vertigo can significantly improve the index of detection in the TCD,and also show that the treatment can improve the blood supply to the brain,so as to improve the vertigo and other symptoms caused by post circulation ischemia. |
