Clinical Effect Observation Of Xuanyunning Capsule In The Treatment Of Phlegm And Blood Stasis Syndrome Of Posterior Circulation Ischemic Vertigo

Objective To observe the clinical efficacy and safety of Xuanyunning capsule in the treating syndrome of phlegm and blood stasis of posterior circulation ischemia patients with vertigo as the major symptom.Through this research,the aim is to provide new methods for clinical.Methods According to the principle of randomized controlled trial,90 patients who through the clinical diagnosis standard of Traditional Chinese medicine and Western medicine for posterior circulation ischemia were average separated into the treatment group and the control group.at the basis of the condition of the two groups patients to control blood pressure,blood sugar as the conventional treatment,the treatment group was treated with Xuanyunning capsule,five pills each time,three times a day,the control group was treated with Hydrochloride Flunarizine capsule,one pills a day.the two groups were observed for 28 days.During the trial,9 cases were dropped due to poor dependency,losing of follow-up and initiative withdrawal,including 4 case in the treatment group,5 cases in the control group,and 81 cases in the final completion of the trial.In this study,the mainly aim was evaluating the curative effect by the score of vertigo disorder scale,syndrome score of traditional Chinese medicine,TCD and hemorheology of the two groups,and the datas were statistically analyzed by spss22.0 software.Results(1)In the way of clinical efficacy,because of the treatment group overall efficiency was 95.1% which was better than 82.5% of the control group,so it was a statistical significance between the two groups(P<0.05);(2)With regard to the scores of vertigo disorder scale,it was obviously different for the two groups before and after treatment(P<0.05).After the research,the aggregate scores and subproject that included physical and functional scores of the treatment group was lower than the control group(P<0.05),but for the symptoms of the emotional scores,there was no notable different to compared with each other(P>0.05);(3)For the TCM syndrome therapeutic effection,the overall response rate of the treatment group was 92.6%,which exceed the 80.0% of the control group,so there was a significant difference between the two groups that containing total and accompanying symptoms scores(P<0.05),but excepted for frequency during the two groups(P>0.05);(4)In the aspect of hemorheology,the indexes of the treatment group were considerable under than before treatment(P<0.05).The indexes of plasma viscosity,high shear viscosity and low shear viscosity of the control group were apparent different from before treatment(P<0.05).It was a statistically significant for the treatment group compared with the control group at the later study(P<0.05).(5)In the aspect of TCD index improvement,the indexes of the two groups before and after treatment were statistically significant(P<0.05).(6)During the research,one patient in the treatment group had appeared light discomfort of abdomen,but it recovered 2 days later.There was no obvious abnormal safety indexes during this study.Conclusion(1)Xuanyunning capsule could effectively improve the mainly symptoms of vertigo in patients who had the syndrome of phlegm and blood stasis of posterior circulation ischemia,relieve the accompanying symptoms,reduce the frequency,and has relatively safety in clinical;(2)Xuanyunning capsule could significantly improve the blood flow of vertebrobasilar artery,reduce vascular resistance and blood viscosity,regulate local microcirculation,enhance cerebral perfusion,improve the condition of the condition of posterior circulation ischemia.
