From those saying,we can get to know that whether the Qi of Ying and Wei is smooth or not has a close relationship with the arthromyodynia.Therefore,the method of harmonizing Ying and Wei is an indispensable treatment method for the arthromyodynia.Enough attention should be paid to its application in clinic.Firstly,this research systematically combs the application of the method of harmonizing Ying and Wei through exploring the relationship between Ying and Wei,expecting to provide beneficial references for the treatment of arthromyodynia with traditional Chinese medicine.Then,this research applies the data mining technology to sort out the medical records in the treatment of arthromyodynia by Professor Yang Weibin in recent four years.Finally,this research summarizes the characteristics of the treatment of arthromyodynia with the aim to provide references for the treatment of arthromyodynia with traditional Chinese medicine.1.Theoretical researches on the method of harmonizing Ying and Wei in the treatment of arthromyodyniaThrough the collation and analysis on the ancient and moderm literatures about the theory of Ying and Wei as well as the method of harmonizing Ying and Wei,it analyzes the relationship between arthromyodynia and the imbalance of Ying and Wei,and combs the application of the method of harmonizing Ying and Wei in the treatment of arthromyodynia systematically.Clinically,the treatment to the arthromyodynia is usually adopted the method of expelling wind and removing damness,activating blood circulation to remove blood stasis,unblocking collaterals and relieving pain,and nourishing liver and kidney.However,the pathogenesis of arthromyodynia is closely related to the disorder of Ying and Wei,which includes the pathological factors,such as strong Wei and weak Ying,the contained Wei and closed Ying,the depressed Wei and stagnated Ying,and insufficient Ying and Wei,etc.Clinically,attention should be paid to distinguishing different stages to conduct the intervention applying various methods,including the method of harmonizing Ying and Wei(narrow sense),the method of ventilating Ying and Wei,the double solution of Ying and Wei,and the method of tonifying Ying and Wei respectively,so that the satisfactory treatment is obtained.The well-known physician has ever remarked,"If you treat rheumatism,you system to conduct the data mining,and explores the medication characteristics in the treatment of Ankylosing Spondylitis(AS)preliminarily.The medication characteristics are as follows:1)For the Treatment of Ankylosing Spondylitis,it follows Zhang Zhongjing,who ever remarked,"If you treat rheumatism,you should sweat it;if you are slightly like sweating,your rheumatism has gone".It lays emphasis on releasing muscle,engendering liquid,and harmonizing Ying and Wei,mainly using the ramuli cinnamomi decoction with pueraria lobata.2)It stresses protecting spleen and stomach as well as regulating middle energizer from beginning to end;it stresses tonifying liver and kidney in the middle and late stage of disease.
