Since 2015,the military has entered an important period of adjustment and reform.In order to clarify the capacity building of military hospitals’ medical support in the context of military and civilian integration in the new era,find problems,explore ways and specific solutions to solve problems,and promote the comprehensive and steady advancement of military hospitals,we was made a reference to build a fast and efficient medical support force.Based on the theory of national defense and army construction in the new period and the related policies for deepening reform of the army,this paper takes the construction of medical support capacity in G hospital of the armed police as the research object,it summarizes the development course and current situation of medical support in military hospitals by means of literature analysis,case study,questionnaire survey and special interview.Referring to the participants’ and parties’ understanding of the military reform and drawing lessons from the existing research results and successful experience abroad,it is found that there are "serious brain drain","weak comprehensive ability","backward equipment","weak logistic support" and "poor military and civilians" in the development military hospital’s support capacity building.On the basis of in-depth analysis and discussion of the causes,combined with the new requirements of national defense and military reform,this paper discusses how to seize the strategic opportunity period of civil-military integration,build a rapid and efficient medical support force in an all-round way,from internal "self-capacity construction" to external "environmental support construction".Specific measures and policy recommendations are given.
