Clinical Study Of Qilong Tongshen Recipe In Treating Membranous Nephropathy With Qi Deficiency And Blood Stasis Syndrome

Objectives of the study: This paper explores the clinical study of Qilong Tongshen recipe in treating membranous nephropathy with qi deficiency and blood stasis syndrome to observe the effect of Qilong Tongshen recipe on reducing urinary protein and improving clinical symptoms,with a view to confirming the efficacy of Qilong Tongshen recipe in treating proteinuria,increasing serum albumin and improving clinical symptoms of membranous nephropathy,and evaluating its safety,thus providing new ideas and methods for the treatment of membranous nephropathy,and laying a theoretical foundation for its clinical application.Research methods: In this paper,random and parallel control design principles and prospective research methods are adopted.A total of 120 cases were selected from patients who saw a doctor in the out-patient department and in-patient department of Shanxi Traditional Chinese Medicine Hospital from March 2017 to October 2018,and diagnosed to have nephrotic syndrome(membranous nephropathy)by western medicine and TCM syndrome of qi deficiency and blood stasis.The cases were randomly distributed into the treatment group(60 cases)and the control group(60 cases).The treatment group was given Qilong Tongshen recipe(150ml/ bag,1 bag every time,twice a day).In addition,glucocorticoid and cyclophosphamide tablets were taken orally for 12 weeks.The control group was given glucocorticoid and cyclophosphamide orally for 12 weeks.Then observe the changes in main indexes(24-hour urine protein assay and serum albumin)and the TCM clinical syndromes,secondary indexes(total protein,triglyceride,total cholesterol,high density lipoprotein,and low density lipoprotein),and safety indexes(blood routine test items,GPT,GOT,serum creatinine,stool routine test items,type-b ultrasonic of kidney,and ECG),as well as adverse reactions record in detail if any.Select spss20.0 statistical software to carry out statistical analysis with the data collected.Research paper:1.After 12 weeks of treatment,the overall response rate of efficacy and the cured and markedly effective rate of treatment group are 61.4% and 36.8% respectively,and those of the control group are 50.9% and 31.6% respectively.The difference in efficacy comparison between the two groups is of little statistical significance(p>0.05).The TCM syndrome effective rate and the cured and markedly effective rate of the treatment group are 93% and22.8% respectively,and those of the control group are 80.7% and 5.3% respectively.The difference between the two groups is of statistical significance(p<0.05),and the therapeutic effect of treatment group surpasses that of the control group.2.After 12 weeks of treatment,the difference in 24-hour urinary protein quantity between the two groups is of statistical significance(p<0.05).Comparison of 24-hour urinary protein quantity between the two groups shows that the difference is of no statistical significance(p>0.05),and the median of the treatment group is lower than that of the control group.The difference in serum album within the two groups is of statistical significance(p<0.05).Comparison of blood albumin between the two groups shows that the difference if of statistical significance(p<0.05).3.After 12 weeks of treatment,there is no abnormality in the routine stool test items,type-b ultrasonic of kidney,and ECG,and the differences of ALT,AST,SCr,and routine blood test items are of no statistical significance(p>0.05).Conclusion: Qilong Tongshen recipe has a good efficacy on improving the main symptoms of membranous nephropathy with qi deficiency and blood stasis syndrome,such as fatigue,edema of face or limbs,and darkish complexion.It can reduce the 24-hour urine protein quantity and increase the serum albumin of patients with membranous nephropathy.At the same time it can reduce the patient's triglyceride,and there were no adverse reactions in the test.Therefore,we can say that Qilong Tongshen recipe has certain advantages in treating membranous nephropathy with qi deficiency and blood stasis syndrome,which is supported by reliable experimental results.It may be used widely and worth application research.
