OBJECTIVE: To compare the clinical outcomes of the two groups with thoracoscopic bullous resection under endotracheal intubation anesthesia with spontaneous breathing and non-tracheal intubation.METHODS: Patients with bullous bullae who were diagnosed and treated at Anqing City Hospital from September 2017 to June 2018 were randomly selected for tracheal intubation anesthesia and non-tracheal intubation anesthesia, and underwent thoracoscopic bullous resection.Perioperative clinical data of the two groups were collected, including: duration of surgery, intraoperative blood loss, postoperative ground time, postoperative pain score, postoperative hospital stay, and average total cost of treatment.RESULTS: The non-tracheal intubation group was lower than the tracheal intubation group at Wake up time,1 day postoperative pain score, postoperative ground time, chest tube retention time, postoperative hospital stay, and average hospitalization cost(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in the operation time and intraoperative blood loss(P>0.05).Conclusion: Non-tracheal intubation with spontaneous breathing is feasible in thoracoscopic bullous resection under general anesthesia. It has certain advantages, can reduce hospitalization time, reduce hospitalization costs, and meet the current concept of rapid rehabilitation.
