| Good sleep quality can keep us awake and healthy.However,with the development of society,many factors make the incidence of sleep disorders extremely high,which seriously affects people’s daily life and destorys their physical and mental health.Listening to music,as a non-pharmacological and easy-to-implement method,has been widely studied and adopted.Existing researches have proved the positive effect of listening to music on improving sleep quality.However,there are problems such as subjective,inefficient,costly and no clear measurement indicators in the identification and selection of sleep-inducing music.Therefore,it is difficult to apply the sleep-inducing music to actual life.This paper proposed a method for identifying sleep-inducing music and proved its effectiveness.This method can overcome the shortcomings of existing methods and promote the application of sleep-inducing music.The main work and innovations of this paper are as follows:(1)It proposed a sleep-inducing music recognition method based on audio features,which is objective,quantified,efficient,and low-cost.It overcomes the problems of traditional methods in the existing literature,such as subjective,no clear measurement indicators,low efficiency,and high cost.Therefore,it provides important support for the widespread application of sleep-inducing music.(2)It trained a sleep-inducing music recognition model and validated its effectiveness.It built a music database,extracted audio features of the music in the database,applied machine learning methods to train a model and validated its effectiveness in experiments.It proved the effectiveness of the sleep-inducing music recognition method based on audio features proposed in this paper.In addition,it identified 8 key audio features that are useful for sleep-inducing music recognition.(3)It designed a mobile application for improving sleep quality using music.Based on the sleep-inducing music recognition method proposed in this paper,this application provides users with scientific,effective and personalized sleep-inducing music.It solves the problems of existing sleep-inducing music applications,such as subjective,inefficient,lack of scientific support and non-personalized matching.It provides a new field for the application design of sleep-inducing music.This paper is design-driven,and through technology methods,the art of music can achieve the effect of humane care.The research results provide useful references for related research and application of sleep-inducing music. |
