Objective:To explore the mechanism of X-rays to reduce stenosis after ureteral injury. Methods:The left ureteral stenosis model of rabbits was successfully established through surgical injury.Forty model rabbits were randomly divided into the control group,L-dose group(8Gy)/4f,M-dose group(12Gy)/6f,H-dose group(16Gy)/8f;the control group was not irradiated, and the irradiation group was given a single dose of 6MV-X rays 2Gy irradiation.Renal hydronephrosis and ureteral stenosis were evaluated by intravenous pyelography before operation,7 days,21 days, and 49 days postoperatively;renal dynamic imaging was used to calculate the glomerular filtration rate(GFR)and divided renal uptake rate(Ut),Peak time(Tp)and half-time(T1/2);Masson and HE staining were used to observe ureter collagen fiber proliferation and renal pathological changes;immunohistochemistry,Realtime-PCR,Western-blot were used to observe type I and III Collagen, transforming growth factor-β1,alpha-smooth muscle actin expression levels. Results:The left renal pelvis and ureter of the control group and the L-dose group gradually became more hydrostatic, and the difference was statistically significant compared with the M-dose group and the H-dose group;49 days after renal dynamic imaging, the control group,L In the left group of the-dose group, only the cortex was found, and the GFR and uptake rate were significantly reduced(P<0.01),and the peak time was significantly longer.Compared with the M-dose group and the H-dose group, the difference was statistically significant;the control group,L-dose constitutes fibroblasts, and collagen increases in ureteral stenosis, but the increase in M-dose and H-dose groups is not significant.Conclusion:X-ray can inhibit the formation of stenosis after ureteral injury, and the effect of medium-high dose is better.
