Objective:To observe and summarize the therapeutic effect of jiaweidaochi on recurrent oral ulcer in rats.Methods:40 SPF grade SD rats were randomly divided into 8 groups: normal group(equal amount of distilled water),model group(equal amount of distilled water),high dose group(2 g / ml,1.28 ml / 200 g of modified daochisan),medium dose group(1 g / ml,1.28 ml / 200 g of modified daochisan),low dose group(0.5 g / ml,1.28 ml / 200 g of modified daochisan)and low dose group(respectively)In the model group and the high, middle and low dose group, the model of recurrent oral ulcer was established by immune method, and the model was treated for 20 days according to the corresponding treatment method.Statistical methods: spss22.0 statistical software was used for analysis, quantitative data were expressed by mean ± standard deviation(X ±S),multiple groups were compared by single factor analysis of variance, and further two groups were compared by LSD-t test. All the results were statistically significant(P < 0.05).Results:Enzyme linked immunosorbent assay(ELISA)was used to detect the protein concentration. It was found that there was a significant difference between the model group and the normal control group(P < 0.05),and between the high and low dose groups(P < 0.05),There were significant differences between the high, middle and low dose groups(P < 0.05),And there was statistical difference between high school and low school(P < 0.05)The expression of T-bet,IFN-?,GATA-3 and IL-4 gene mRNA in CD4 + T cells was detected by real-time fluorescence quantitative polymerase chain reaction(PCR).It was found that there were significant differences in T-bet,IFN-?,GATA-3 and IL-4 gene mRNA between the model group and the normal control group(P < 0.05)and between the high, middle and low dose groups(P < 0.05)Conclusion:Jiaweidaochi has therapeutic effect on recurrent oral ulcer in rats, which may be related to reducing inflammatory reaction and improving tissue antioxidant capacity.
