Clinical Value Of Serum Anti-neutrophilic Cytoplasmic Antibody Quantitatively Detected Of UC

Objective:The levels of anti-neutrophils cytoplasmic antibodies(ANCA)in serum from patients with ulcerative colitis(UC)and healthy people were quantitatively detected to investigate the clinical value of ANCA on UC.Methods:113 patients diagnosed with UC were included and 50 healthy controls were included.ANCA-IgG was quantitatively detected by ELISA,and levels of inflammatory indicators include C-Reactive Protein(CRP),Erythrocyte Sedimentation Rate(ESR),white blood cell(WBC),coagulation indicators include D-Dimer(D-D),blood platelet(PLT),and nutritional indicators include albumin(ALB)and haemoglobin(Hb)were detected at the same time to analyze the correlation between the above hematological indicators and UC activity,severity and lesion range.Results:1.ANCA-IgG,CRP,ESR and D-D in the active stage of UC group was significantly higher than that of the control group and the UC remission group,and the level of ALB Hb was significantly lower than that of the control group and the UC remission group,with statistically significant differences(P<0.05).Anca-IgG,CRP,ESR and D-D level increased with the increase of disease severity(mild,moderate,severe)and the expansion of lesion range(E1,E2,E3),and the difference between each group was statistically significant(P<0.05).2.In Spearman correlation analysis,ANCA-IgG(r=0.790,P<0.001)and CRP(r=0.740,P<0.001)were significantly correlated with improved Mayo score and the Ulcerative Colitis Endoscopic Index of Severity(UCEIS).3.ROC curve results showed that ANCA-IgG combined with CRP had higher evaluation results for active phase and severe UC than that for each indicator alone.Conclusion:1.ANCA-IgG,CRP,ESR,D-D are correlated with UC activity,severity and lesion range,Moreover,ANCA-IgG and CRP was strongly correlated with improved Mayo score and UCEIS,which has clinical guiding value for UC disease surveillance.2.ANCA combined with CRP has a better evaluation effect on active stage UC and severe UC,which is higher than the single test of ANCA CRP and other hematological indexes in this study,and can be used to judge UC condition.
