| Objective:At present, there is still controversy about the type of unicompartmental knee arthroplasty(UKA)selection at home and abroad. This paper systematically searches the relevant literature to compare the clinical effects of mobile bearing and fixed bearing UKA for the osteoarthritis of knee. Methods:Search databases such as Pubmed,Springer,Embase,Cochrane Library,China national konwledge Internet(CNKI),WanFang Data,Viper medical network(VIP),Chinese science and technology journal full-text database(VIP)etc.Extract the control study on MB-UKA and FB-UKA treat osteoarthritis of knee from January 1980 to December 2019.The RevMan 5.3 software was used to conduct this meta-analysis.Results:A total of 17 studies were included. This analysis results show that there are statistically differences between the MB and FB in terms of polyethylene wear rate, polyethylene dislocation rate, and average postoperative revision time(P <0.05).There were no statistical differences in knee society score,Western Ontario and McMaster Universities osteoarthritis index, knee range of motion, femoral tibia angle, osteoarthritis progression, prosthetic loosening, tibial plateau fracture, postoperative pain, postoperative infection, and postoperative revision rate(P > 0.05).Conclusion:This study showed that the wear rate of MB was less than FB,but its dislocation rate was significantly higher than FB,and the average postoperative revision time was shorter than FB.There were no statistical differences between the two prostheses in terms of knee function results, revision rates and most complications. |
