【Objective】In this study,digital three-dimensional reconstruction technology was applied to simulate pedicle screw placement and spinal osteotomy before operation to explore the significance of this technology for spinal deformity correction surgery.【Methods】In this study,20 patients with spinal deformity hospitalized in our hospital from October 2017 to October 2019 were selected,contraindications to surgery were excluded,and they received surgical treatment.Randomized grouping is experimental group and control group.The experimental group adopted digital three-dimensional reconstruction technology for preoperative planning,while the control group used traditional three-dimensional CT reconstruction technology for preoperative planning.The pedicle screw insertion time,the number of C-arm irradiation during operation,the accuracy rate of pedicle screw insertion with different auxiliary methods,the degree of deformity correction after operation,and the preoperative conversation effect score were compared between the two groups.【Results】The research results showed that the implantation time of pedicle screws and the number of C-arm irradiation during operation in the experimental group were significantly lower than those in the control group,with statistically significant differences(P < 0.05).The accuracy rate of pedicle screw insertion,the degree of deformity correction after operation,and the score of preoperative conversation effect in the experimental group were all higher than those in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(p < 0.05).【 Conclusion 】 The application of digital three-dimensional reconstruction technology to preoperative planning of spinal deformity patients can improve the accuracy rate of pedicle screw fixation,improve the correction effect of postoperative deformity,reduce the time of intraoperative pedicle screw placement,and reduce the amount of intraoperative C-arm radiation of patients and doctors.This technique is of great significance in spinal deformity correction surgery and is worthy of further clinical promotion.
