Model And Algorithm Of Surgical Scheduling Problem Considering Satisfaction Of All Parties

With the reform of medical system and the gradual opening of medical market,hospital managers are faced with the dual pressure of limited medical resources and fierce market competition.The operating room is the core of hospital operation and management.A reasonable and scientific surgical scheduling scheme can not only reduce the workload of the surgical scheduling staff,but also allocate surgical related medical resources more scientifically,and bring higher satisfaction to the participants of both doctors and patients involved in the operation process.Therefore,reasonable and scientific operation plan and scheduling plan are very necessary for hospital operation and management.This article in view of the hospital medical resources are limited,patients for surgery,surgery group and a arrangement scheme of complain happen from time to tome,in the process of establishing operation scheduling scheme considering doctor,operation team and the participants of their preference for surgery patients,constructed to minimize time and costs,maximize satisfaction,maximize total cure rate of multi-objective optimization model for operation scheduling problem.At the same time,according to the characteristics of the problem and the model,a heuristic algorithm and a discrete hybrid imperial competition algorithm are designed respectively.The python programming language is used to realize the two algorithms respectively,and the results are verified by the calculation example,and the results of the two algorithms are compared.The results show that both of the two algorithms have effective solutions to the problem,and the objective results of the hybrid imperial competition algorithm are better than the heuristic algorithm.This research on the problem and model was proposed to build focuses on considering the operation schedule in the previous studies mentioned less satisfaction problem,with heuristic algorithm and mixed ICA to solve the problem,consider human factors,scheduling problem of modeling and solving the overall framework is given.
