Effect Of Exercise Rehabilitation In Patients With Acute Myocardial Infarction

Abstract/Summary:
Objective:To explore the effect of exercise rehabilitation in patients with acute myocardial infarction.Methods:Included 80 patients with AMI underwent emergency reascularization,all patients were given standardized medication,psychological guidance,nutritional guidance,smoking cessation of treatment,patients were randomly divided into two groups,including exercise rehabilitation group of 40 cases,control group 40 cases,two groups of patients with general data collected,including age,sex,body mass index(BMI),history of diabetes,hypertension,hyperlipidemia,medical history,history of PCI,smoking history,coronary lesions,reascularization,The patients were followed up for 6 months to compare the levels of BMI,ldl-c,hdl-c,fasting blood glucose,glycosylated hemoglobin,blood pressure and other risk factors,cardiac function,quality of life and the occurrence of major cardiovascular adverse events.Results:(1)a total of 3 patients were lost to follow-up,including 1 in the rehabilitation group and2 in the control group.There were no statistically significant differences in age,gender,BMI,smoking,composition ratio of underlying diseases,blood lipid,LVEF,LVDD,coronary artery disease,complete revascularization,or basic drug use between the twogroups.(2)at 6 months,the differences in BMI,ldl-c and LVEF between the two groups were statistically significant(P<0.05),among which,BMI and ldl-c were significantly reduced compared with the control group,and LVEF was significantly improved compared with the control group,but there was no statistically significant difference between hdl-c and LVDD(P>,0.05).There was no statistically significant difference between fasting blood glucose and hba1 c before rehabilitation(P>,0.05).At the 6-month follow-up,the levels of fasting blood glucose and hba1 c in the rehabilitation group were significantly lower than those in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).There was no statistically significant difference in the general data of patients with hypertension,and no statistically significant difference in systolic and diastolic blood pressure before rehabilitation(P>,0.05).The blood pressure control level of the rehabilitation group was better than that of the control group at 6 months of follow-up(P<0.05).(3)there were statistically significant differences between the two groups in physical activity restriction,stable state of angina pectoris,degree of treatment satisfaction and degree of disease cognition(P<0.05).The quality of life of patients in the rehabilitation group was better than that in the control group.(4)compared with the control group,the incidence of end-point events in the two groups was lower in the rehabilitation group,and the difference was statistically significant(P < 0.05).Conclusion:Exercise rehabilitation can effectively strengthen the control of BMI,ldl-c,blood glucose,blood pressure and other risk factors in patients with AMI,improve LVEF,improve patients’ exercise ability and quality of life,reduce the risk of readhospitalization,and improve the prognosis of patients with AMI.
