| Objective:The changes of serum ox-LDL and T-AOC levels in patients with permanent atrial fibrillation(AF),permanent atrial fibrillation and obstructive sleep apnea hypopnea syndrome were measured.Method:56 patients diagnosed as permanent AF in our hospital from January 2018 to June 2019 were selected.According to the multi-channel sleep monitoring, the patients were divided into permanent AF combined with OSAHS group(experimental group),36 patients without OSAHS group(control group)The levels of serum ox-LDL and T-AOC and the apnea hypopnea index(AHI)of OSAHS patients were measured. The changes of serum ox-LDL and T-AOC and their correlation with AHI were analyzed.Results:1.General data of each group: there was no significant difference in gender, age, neck circumference, waist circumference, body mass index(BMI)and the proportion of smoking and drinking between the two groups(P > 0.05).2.Comparison of serum ox-LDL and T-AOC: control group: 10.37 ±1.62ug/ml,10.14 ± 1.25ng/ml,experimental group: 14.68 ± 2.63ug/ml,7.15 ±0.04ng/ml,respectively.There were significant differences in serum ox-LDL and T-AOC between the two groups(P < 0.05).3.Correlation analysis: the Pearson correlation analysis of serum ox-LDL and T-AOC levels with AHI showed that ox-LDL was positively correlated with AHI,T-AOC was negatively correlated with AHI,γ was 0.625 and 0.681 respectively,P< 0.05.Conclusion:Compared with the control group, the level of serum ox-LDL and T-AOC in the experimental group were significantly higher, suggesting that compared with thepatients with AF alone, the oxidative stress injury in the patients with AF combined with OSAHS was significantly worse. With the increase of AHI level, the level of serum ox-LDL and T-AOC in the experimental group further increased, suggesting that the severity of OSAHS in the experimental group is related to the degree of oxidative stress injury in vivo. |
