Observation Of The Efficacy Of Deloratadine Citrate Disodium Tablets Combined With Vitamin D Drops In The Treatment Of Chronic Idiopathic Urticaria

Objective:To observe the clinical efficacy of desloratadine citrate disodium tables combined with vitamin D drops in the treatment of chronic spontaneous urticaria patients with low serum 25-(OH)VD content.Methods:108 patients with chronic spontaneous urticaria low serum 25-(OH)VD content in the dermatology clinic of the First Hospital of Shanxi Medical University from October 2018 to September 2019 were divided into two groups according to random number table method,the controls group(54 cases)were given oral desloratadine citrate disodium tables,and the observation group(54 cases)were given oral desloratadine citrate disodium tables combined with vitamin D drops.The course of treatment was 6 weeks.The total effective rate of patients,the daily episode number scores,the daily episode time scores,Dermatological Quality of Life Index(DLQI)scores and serum 25-(OH)VD content in the two groups before and after treatment were compared.Results:There were no statistically significant differences in gender,age and course of disease between the two groups(all P ?0.05).Before treatment,there were no statistically significant differences in the scores of the number of attacks pey day,the time of attacks pey day,the DLQI and serum 25-(OH)VD content between the two groups(all P >0.05).The total effective rate in the observation group after treatment was 83.33%,higher than that in the control group(64.81%).The difference between the two groups was statistically significant(?2=12.014,P?0.05).After treatment,the scores of daily attacks number,the scores of daily episode time,the scores of DLQI decreased in both groups,compared with before treatment differences were statistically significant(P?0.05).After treatment,the scores of attack number a day,the scores of onset time every day,and the scores of DLQI in the observation group were lower than the control group,difference has statistical significance(P?0.05);After treatment,the serum level of 25-(OH)VD in the observation group increased significantly compared with that before treatment,and the difference was statistically significant(P < 0.05),there was no significant change in the control group,there were no statistically significant differences(P >0.05).Conclusion:Clinical treatment of chronic spontaneous urticaria in patients with low serum 25-(OH)VD,oral deloratadine citrate disodium tablets or oral deloratadine citrate disodium tablets in combination with vitamin D drops all have curative effect,but the latter better curative effect,can significantly improve the treatment effect and can improve the patient's quality of life,which is worth popularizing in the future clinical use.
