Objective: Atherosclerosis(arteriosclerosis,AS)is the pathological basis of many common cardiovascular and cerebrovascular diseases.Helicobacter pylori(HP),as a unipolar microaerobic bacteria, has been confirmed to participate Diseases include the occurrence of AS diseases. In this experiment,by observing and analyzing the impact of HP infection on the carotid artery and fundus artery lesions, blood lipids(TG,TCH,LDL,HDL),Hcy,FIB,PLT,PDW,CRP and other indicators of AS patients,HP infection and AS The relationship between them and their risk factors provides a valuable basis for the primary and secondary prevention and diagnosis and treatment of patients with HP infection and AS infection in clinical work. Methods: 1.Randomly select patients who were hospitalized and treated in our hospital from February 2018 to October 2019,and were divided into HP positive group and HP negative group according to the carbon 14(C14)breath test results.Data(gender, age,BMI,smoking history, history of hypertension),biochemical indicators, perfect carotid color Doppler ultrasound, fundus artery examination, the main observation indicators are: TG,TCH,LDL,HDL,Hcy,FIB,PLT,PDW,CRP,Carotid CROUSE score, retinal artery disease grade,etc.;2.According to the results of carotid color Doppler ultrasound, patients with carotid atherosclerosis were used as the observation group, and the normal carotid group was used as the control group. And HP infection status, parallel binary logistic regression to analyze risk factors.Results:(1)There is no significant difference in the general conditions of age, gender,BMI,etc.between the HP(+)group and the HP(-)group(P> 0.05);there is no significant difference in the traditional AS risk factors: history of hypertension and smoking history(P > 0.05);(2)In blood biochemical examination,HP(+)group and HP(-)group Hcy,TG,TCH,LDL,HDL,CRP are statistically significant(P <0.05),but FIB,PLT,PDW have no significant difference(P > 0.05);(3)Comparing H.P(+)group with H.P(-)group's carotid artery Crouse score and fundus artery grading examination are statistically significant(P <0.05);(4)In the carotid atherosclerosis group, the age of the carotid atherosclerosis observation group and the control group were different(P <0.05),but there was no statistical difference in gender, history of hypertension, smoking history,HP infection, and BMI(P > 0.05);(5)TCH,HDL,LDL,PDW and CRP were statistically different between the carotid atherosclerosis observation group and the control group(P <0.05),but there was no statistical difference between Hcy,TG,FIB and PLT(P> 0.05)(6)With the presence of carotid atherosclerosis as the dependent variable,TCH,HDL,LDL,PDW,CRP and age as independent variables, the binary logistic regression suggests that carotid atherosclerosis is mainly affected by factors such as age,TCH,HDL,etc. That is,increasing age, increasing TCH,and decreasing HDL are the main risk factors(P <0.05).Conclusion:1.H.P infection can cause Hcy and CRP to increase;2.H.P infection can cause TG,TCH,LDL to increase and HDL to decrease;3.H.P infection may not be an independent risk factor for atherosclerosis, but it can cause the occurrence or development of AS by causing lipid metabolism disorders.
