With the rapid expansion of medical data and the maturity of information technology,the use of computer for medical data quality control has become an inevitable trend in the development of medical data management.Under the background of DRG,the quality of medical record data determines whether the DRG can be implemented smoothly,and ICD coding is the most important and error-prone part of medical records.Focusing on the subject of logical verification of ICD codes,combined with the two key points of ICD code review,the verification rules between clinical diagnosis names and disease codes and the logical rules of disease codes and surgical operation codes involved in circulatory diseases have been studied,to promote the development of intelligent data quality control of medical records.Firstly,the "vocabulary based on the third volume of ICD-10" was established,and the "Clinical diagnosis name and disease code verification rules" were analyzed.Secondly,the logical relationship between ICD coding rules has been thoroughly studied,and the "logical rules of disease coding and surgical operation coding" havebeen discovered.Finally,based on the above results,the disease name,disease code,surgical operation code,and other information on the first page of the medical record front page were taken as the audit objects,and a "computer-aided intelligent error correction system based on coding logic verification" has been designed.And the effect evaluation of the system,after statistical analysis,Kappa value is 0.696,P value <0.05;AUC value is 0.828,P value <0.05;it means that the system audit and manual audit are close to each other,and the system has good verification value.
