Composition Of Hospitalization Cost And Its Factor Analysis For The Effect Of Artificial Joint Replacement

Objective:Through the analysis of the composition and factor of the hospitalization cost of the curative effect of artificial joint replacement,the paper concludes that it can provide a basis for the reasonable control of medical expenses under the premise of ensuring the surgical effect,and provide help for the relevance of medical insurance policies.Methods:Through retrospective analysis,the general conditions and cost structure of 849 patients who underwent "artificial joint replacement" in the orthopedics department of the First Affiliated Hospital of Shihezi University Medical College from 2013 to 2018 were collected for data analysis.Read the medical records and follow up the patients' postoperative conditions to evaluate the efficacy in various aspects.Statistical analysis was performed on the data using statistical software SPSS22.0.Consult the literature to understand the cost structure of this type of surgery at home and abroad.After consulting the relevant departments to obtain the corresponding documents,interpret the guidance of medical insurance and policy adjustments on hospitalization costs during this period in our district.Combine the basic data to analyze the impact factors of hospitalization costs.Results:From 2013 to 2018,the total per capita hospitalization cost for total hip replacement during artificial joint replacement was 56119.75 yuan,knee replacement was 55518.69 yuan,and femoral head replacement was 45784.22 yuan;the overall cost composition of different surgical categories is similar,and the material cost,Medicine and surgery costs accounted for the largest proportion of 49.53%,26.87% and 11.56%.The total hospitalization cost of patients undergoing artificial joint replacement surgery has increased year by year,of which the material cost has increased by an average of 28.16% per year,and the proportion of medicines has gradually decreased since 2015.There was no significant difference in the postoperative efficacy of artificial joint replacement during the study period.The main factors affecting the total cost of hospitalization were the proportion of material costs,the proportion of medicines,the length of hospitalization and the different types of surgery.Conclusion:In the case of no significant difference in the therapeutic effect of artificial joint replacement,controlling the material cost of the artificial joint prosthesis and strictly controlling the clinical medication pointer,standardizing the hospitalization procedure is the key to reducing the hospitalization cost of artificial joint replacement surgery.
