In this paper, through a large number of literature studies, the research status of Platycarya longipes plant in recent years has been sorted out.The research of P.longipes focuses on the physiological, morphological and ecological aspects etc. There are few studies on the chemical compositions, and this paper has carried out the research on the chemical compositions of it,and systematically separated and identified its chemical composition, the resulting monomeric compounds for the further research P.longipes chemical compositions to provide theoretical basis. At the same time,P.longipes chemical compositions application has a certain practical guiding significance for the next. The P.longipes is of the genus Platycarya in the family Juglandaceae, with small deciduous trees,5-10 m height and 15-20 cm diameter at breast height.Mainly distributed in Guizhou,Guangxi,Guangdong and other karst areas, its leaves have the characteristics of detoxification and treatment of ulcers, insecticidal and antipruritic,anti-tumor,anti-inflammatory,antibacterial and so on,which is of great significance to the study of natural products. The research object of this experiment was P.longipes, which was collected from Shibing County,Qiandongnan Prefecture,Guizhou Province.Fifteen non-repeated monomeric compounds were isolated and purified from the P.longipes plant by extraction methods such as impregnation and extraction, and separation methods such as silica gel column chromatography,medium-pressure chromatography column chromatography, thin layer chromatography, and high-performance liquid phase, using various spectroscopy methods such as nuclear magnetic resonance(NMR),ultraviolet spectroscopy(UV),infrared spectroscopy(IR),mass spectrometry(MS),optical spectroscopy(ORD),single crystal diffraction(X-Ray)and so on,identify its chemical structure. Its structure involves flavonoids, polyphenols, terpenes, and tannins and other structural types of compounds. They are Rhoiptelol B(1),Rhoiptelol C(2),catechins(3),zingerone-4-O-?-D-glucopyranoside(4),1?,4?,11?-trihydroxyeudesmane(5),(+)-nootkatone(6),3-hydroxy-4-methoxybenzoic acid(7),protocatechuic acid(8),Shikimic acid(9),4-Hydroxyphenyl alcohol(10),1-(2,4-Dihydroxy-6-methyl phenyl)-acetophenone(11),4-Hydroxy-3-methoxycinnamic acid(12),(+)-isolariciresinol(13),Quercitrin-3-O-?-Lrhamnopyranoside(14),4?-hydroxy-3?-methoxy-1-O-?-D-[6-O-(4?-Hydrox y-3 ",5"-dimethoxybenzoyl)]-glucopyranoside(15).Based on the separation and identification of a certain number of compounds, natural products with good activity and novel structure were found from the P.longipes, which provided the material basis or lead compounds for the research and development of new drugs; This study laid a foundation for the subsequent comparative studies on the chemical components of the host and the secondary metabolism of endophytic fungi of P.longipes, and provided a reference for the protection of the P.longipes resources while vigorously developing them.In the activity screening research of the chemical constituents of P.longipes.Applying MTT method was used to determine the inhibitory activity of some compounds on human liver tumor HepG2 cells cultured in vitro. The results showed that the inhibitory rate of Compound 1 and Compound 15 on HepG2 cells was dose-dependent;Some compounds can be determined through punching AGAR diffusion method for Escherichia coli,Staphylococcus aureus,Bacillus subtilis,Gibberella zeae inhibitory effects, and the results showed that compounds 1and 2 were active against Bacillus subtilis, and compounds 1 and 5 were against Gibberella zeae Growth inhibitory effect, compound 3 also has inhibitory effect on the growth of E.coli.This provides a certain reference for the study of the activity of the chemical components of the Juglanaceae plant.
