ObjectiveTo study the the effect of combined detection Peripheral T lymphocyte subsets(CD3+?CD4+?CD8+?CD4+/CD8+),immunoglobulin(IgG?IgA?IgM)and complement(C3?C4)in Type 2 Diabtetic Mellitus with Septicemia.Methods60 patients with Type 2 Diabtetic Mellitus from March 2015 to August 2018 in pingkuang General Hospital were divided into simple Type 2 Diabtetic Mellitus group(33cases)and Type 2 Diabtetic Mellitus with Septicemia group(27 cases),30healthy people were selected as healthy control group. The peripheral blood samples were collected before and after treatment for 7 days in patient and healthy people, the blood glucose,2 hours postprandial blood glucose, glycated hemoglobin,immunoglobulins(IgG,IgA,IgM),complement(C3,C4)and T lymphocytes(CD3~+,CD4~+,CD8~+,CD4~+/CD8~+)were tested.Results1?Compared with the healthy control group, there was no significant difference in age and sex ratio(P>0.05);BMI,fasting blood glucose,2-hour postprandial blood glucose and glycosylated hemoglobin were significantly higher in the simple type 2 diabetes group and the type 2 diabetes combined with septicemia group, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in age,sex ratio,BMI,fasting blood glucose,2-hour postprandial blood glucose and glycosylated hemoglobin between the two groups(P>0.05).2?Compared with the healthy control group, the serum CD3~+,CD4~+,CD8~+,IgG,IgA,C3,C4 levels of Type 2 Diabtetic Mellitus group decreased significantly, the serum CD3~+,CD4~+,CD8~+,CD4~+/CD8~+,IgG,IgA,IgM,C3,C4 levels of Type 2Diabtetic Mellitus with Septicemia group decreased significantly, the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Compared with Type 2 Diabtetic Mellitus group, the serum CD3~+,CD4~+,CD8~+,CD4~+/CD8~+,IgG,IgA,IgM,C3,C4 levels of Type 2Diabtetic Mellitus with Septicemia group decreased significantly, the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).3?Compared with before treatment, the serum CD3~+,CD4~+,CD8~+,IgG,IgA,C3,C4 of Type 2 Diabtetic Mellitus group after treatment increased significantly, the serum CD3~+,CD4~+,CD8~+,CD4~+/CD8~+,IgG,IgA,C3,C4 levels of Type 2 Diabtetic Mellitus with Septicemia group after treatment decreased significantly, the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Compared with Type 2 Diabtetic Mellitus group after treatment, the serum CD3~+,CD4~+,CD8~+,CD4~+/CD8~+,IgG,IgA,C3,C4levels of Type 2 Diabtetic Mellitus with Septicemia group after treatment decreased significantly, the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).4?Serum fasting blood glucose, postprandial blood glucose, and HbA1c levels were negatively correlated with serum CD3~+,CD4~+,CD8~+,IgG,IgA,C3,C4 levels in patients with Type 2 Diabtetic Mellitus group, the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Serum fasting blood glucose, postprandial blood glucose, and HbA1c levels were negatively correlated with serum CD3~+,CD4~+,CD8~+,CD4~+/CD8~+,IgG,IgA,IgM,C3,C4 levels in patients with Type 2 Diabtetic Mellitus with Septicemia group, the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).ConclusionSerum T lymphocyte subpopulations(CD3+,CD4+,CD8+,CD4+/CD8+),immunoglobulins(IgG,IGA,IGM)and complement(C3,C4)are involved in the pathogenesis of Type 2 diabetes complicated with Septicemia, play an important role in anti-infection,immune regulation, immune surveillance and so on.The detection of t lymphocyte,Immunoglobulin and complement in serum is not only helpful to assess the severity of patients'condition, but also helpful to evaluate the clinical curative effect. After good control of Blood Glucose,it is possible to raise the level of t lymphocyte,Immunoglobulin and complement in patients with Type 2diabetes Mellitus and Sepsis. In type 2 diabetes, especially in patients with Sepsis, hyperglycemia may inhibit the levels of t lymphocyte,Immunoglobulin and complement..
