Objective: The parameters of blood vessels in macular region of patients with primary angle closure glaucoma(PACG)were obtained by optical coherence tomography(OCT a),and the correlation between them and the structure of optic nerve, macular region, loss of visual field and hemorheology parameters in PACG was analyzed. Methods:From September 1,2019 to February 1,2020,60 eyes of 41 cases of primary angle closure photoophthalmia were selected. All patients underwent routine ophthalmic examination, blood pressure measurement, intraocular pressure measurement, natural pupil optometry,gonioscopy,A-mode ultrasound biometrics, ultrasound biomicroscopy, mydriasis free fundus photography,frequency-domain optical coherence tomography and optical coherence tomography angiography and Humphery visual field examination, optical coherence tomography angiography to obtain retinal vascular density in the macular area of PACG Degree.SPSS 24.0statistical software was used for statistical analysis.Pearson correlation analysis was used to analyze the related factors of retinal vascular density in the macular area of PACG.The difference was statistically significant(P < 0.05).Result: In this study,41 patients(60 eyes)with PACG were included,including13 males(16 eyes)and 28 females(44 eyes),with an average age of(61.17 ± 9.67)years,intraocular pressure of(27.10 ± 15.11)mmHg,systolic blood pressure of(125.52 ± 19.20)mmHg,diastolic blood pressure of(79.62 ± 11.11)mmHg,the best corrected visual acuity(LogMAR)of 0.29 ± 0.43,axial length of(22.35 ±0.71)mm,central anterior chamber depth of(1.86 ± 0.20)mm,angle closure image of the atrium The limit is 1(0,4),C / D is 0.58 ± 0.19,the average thickness of nerve fiber layer is 97.34 ± 22.29 ? m,the average thickness of ganglion cell complex is 77.41 ± 14.50 ? m,the thickness of foveal retina is 188.70 ± 18.82? m,and the average visual field defect is(-12.29 ± 9.87)dB.The results of correlation analysis showed that the retinal vascular density and perfusion density in macular area were positively correlated with diastolic blood pressure(r = 0.505,0.510,all P < 0.05)and foveal retinal thickness(r = 0.681,0.678,all P < 0.001),with age(r =-0.811,-0.821,all P < 0.001)and best corrected visual acuity(LogMAR)(r=-0.898,all P < 0.889,all P < 0.001)There was a negative correlation between retinal vascular density and mean visual field defect(r = 0.459,0.460,P < 0.05).Conclusion: There is a positive correlation between retinal vascular density and diastolic pressure in the macular area of angle closure glaucoma;the characteristic damage of early angle closure glaucoma appears in the periphery of the macular area, but does not affect the inner layer and the center;the thickness of fovea retina in angle closure glaucoma is positively correlated with the density of the macular area, the thicker the retinal thickness is,the richer the retinal blood supply is,and the retinal thickness in different stages of glaucoma is There may be differences in the vascular density corresponding to degree. The smaller the age of primary angle closure glaucoma, the higher the diastolic blood pressure, the better the best corrected visual acuity, the thicker the fovea retina thickness, the higher the retinal vascular density and the richer the vascular perfusion. There is a positive correlation between retinal vascular density in outer macular area and the degree of glaucomatous visual field defect.
