Study Of The Awareness Of Human Papillomavirus Vaccine Knowledge, Vaccination Intention And Influencing Factors

Purpose:Through investigated and analyzed the factors influencing the vaccination intention and the relationship between the awareness and HPV infection and cervical lesions,initially explore the strategies of HPV vaccination in the region.Materials and methods:Using online and the paper questionnaire collected the imformation of HPV vaccine knowledge awareness,vaccination willingness and vaccination influencing factors between the populations of Network freedom group,organizational screened group rural left-behind group in Jiangxi,to analyze the knowledge recognition of HPV vaccine in this region and the factors affecting vaccination.Used internet questionnaire collecting the imformation of HPV vaccine knowledge awareness,vaccination willingness and vaccination influencing factors between College student in Three universities province of Jiangxi,analyzed the knowledge recognition of HPV vaccine among college students and the factors that influence vaccination.A written survey collected HPV vaccine awareness among the population who participated in the “two-cancer screening” program at the Hengfeng(Jiangxi)maternal and child health care hospital under the framework of national "two cancers" screening,combined the results of HPV and cervical cytology and pathology in this group to analyzed the relationship between HPV vaccine cognition,vaccination willingness,HPV infection rate and cervical lesion incidence.Research results:1.From January 2019 to December 2019,a total of 3,302 valid questionnaires were collected through online and paper survey,among which 1,590 were from Internet freedom groups,705 organizational screening groups,and 1,004 rural left-behind groups.Among the three groups,the Internet free group had a higher awareness of HPV vaccine knowledge.Factors such as age,education level,residence,family and personal annual income influence the awareness and vaccination willingness of the group,and the difference was statistically significant(p <0.05).The safety,efficacy and price factors of vaccines can influence the vaccination willingness.Measures such as control the price of vaccines,include the inclusion of vaccines in the national immunization program,and the reimbursement of vaccination costs through medical and health insurance can promote vaccination.2.A total of 504 valid questionnaires were collected from three universities in jiangxi province through an online survey during January 2020,among which 241 were from medical majors and 263 non-medical majors.College students' residence,gender,family and personal annual income,and their majors all have influences on the knowledge recognition of HPV vaccine,among which the differences caused by gender and personal income were statistically significant(p < 0.05).The vaccination willingness is as high as 90%,and the safety,efficacy and price of the vaccine can influence the vaccination willingness of the population.3.From July 2018 to September 2018,1205 women between 26 and 65 years old who underwent organizational screening in Hengfeng maternal and child health care hospital under the framework of the national "two cancers screening".Among the groups "Don‘t know","Don‘t understandg" and "Don‘t willing to receive HPV vaccine",the HPV infection rate and the probability of TCT?ASCUS were higher,and the different vaccination willingness could affect the TCT results,and the difference was statistically significant(p < 0.05).Conclusions:Different groups in our province generally had a low understanding of HPV vaccine knowledge but vaccination willingness was high.And we found that the HPV infection rate,cervical cancer and the incidence of precancerous lesions is relatively high in the HPV vaccine knowledge vaccination willingness lower group.It is critical to implement education campaign about HPV vaccine to raise the awareness of the community and the willingness of vaccination.We also need to control the price of vaccines,include vaccination in national immunization programs,and reimburse vaccination costs through medicare to significantly increase vaccination rates so as topromote the prevention and control of cervical cancer in China.
