and the relationship between traditional Chinese medicine colon dialysis in chronic kidney disease(CKD)3-4 with mineral and bone disorders in patients with clinical symptoms,physical and chemical indexes,the effects of evaluation the clinical curative effect of traditional Chinese medicine colon dialysis,choose Chinese medicine for chronic kidney disease clinical syndrome differentiation and clinical provides the basis for colon dialysis treatmentMethods:1.Based on 235 cases of chronic kidney disease in patients with 3-4 with mineral and bone disorders of general situation,four diagnostic data of traditional Chinese medicine,laboratory and imaging data refer to pool,and so on and so forth,and statistics and correlation analysis,summed up the stage of TCM syndrome in patients with study the relationship between characteristics and its related factors,explore the evolution law of TCM syndrome2.Through the study of the conventional treatment of 188 cases of hospitalized and regular treatment with Chinese medicine colon dialysis therapy of chronic kidney disease in patients with 3-4 with mineral and bone disorders treated medical records before and after data collection,analysis of changes of symptoms and related indexes before and after treatment,evaluation of traditional Chinese medicine colon dialysis in patients with symptoms and laboratory indexes of intervention effectResults:1.There are 35 cases of pure deficiency syndrome(including 19 cases of qi deficiency syndrome,3 cases of Qi and yin deficiency syndrome,5 cases of Qi and blood deficiency syndrome,6 cases of Yang deficiency syndrome,2 cases of yin and yang deficiency syndrome)and 200 cases of deficiency and excess syndrome.There are 106 cases of qi deficiency,accounting for 45.11%;62 cases of Yang deficiency,accounting for 26.38%;43 cases of yin deficiency,accounting for 18.30%;24 cases of blood deficiency,accounting for 10.21%There were 74 cases of water dampness syndrome,accounting for 37%;61 cases of blood stasis syndrome,accounting for 30.5%;51 cases of damp heat syndrome,accounting for 25.5%;14 cases of drug drowning syndrome,accounting for 7%2.There was no significant difference in the distribution of qi deficiency syndrome,Yin deficiency syndrome,Yang deficiency syndrome,blood deficiency syndrome,dampness and heat syndrome and blood stasis syndrome during the period 3 and 4 of chronic kidney disease(p>0.05),while there was a difference in the distribution of water dampness syndrome and drowning poisoning syndrome(P<0.05)3.The distribution of Yin deficiency syndrome and blood stasis syndrome in different clinical manifestations of mineral and bone disorders was different(P<0.05)4.The average levels of urea nitrogen,creatinine,hemoglobin,albumin,calcium,phosphorus,parathyroid hormone,blood homocysteine and left ventricular mass index in different syndrome types were different(P<0.05)5.Among the 188 patients with stage 3-4 chronic kidney disease complicated with mineral and bone abnormalities,117 were routinely treated,and 71 were routinely treated with colon dialysis combined with traditional Chinese medicine.There was no significant difference in the general conditions and the average level of relevant indicators between the two groups before treatment(P<0.05)6.The total effective rate was 64.11%in the routine group and 70.42%in the enterodialysis group.There was no significant difference between the two groups(P>0.05)After treatment,the clinical symptoms and TCM syndrome scores of the two groups were improved,and the improvement of gastrointestinal symptoms was significantly different between the two groups(P<0.05).There was no significant difference between the two groups in the levels of blood pressure,heart rate,blood potassium,hemoglobin and albumin(P>0.05))After treatment,the glomerular filtration rate,blood calcium and carbon dioxide binding power were all increased,the levels of serum creatinine,urea nitrogen,blood sugar,blood phosphorus and parathyroid hormone were all decreased,which was statistically significant compared with that before treatment(P<0.05);after treatment,the glomerular filtration rate,blood creatinine,urea nitrogen,blood calcium and blood phosphorus levels were significantly different(P<0.05))。7.The total effective rate of chronic kidney disease was 76.74%in the third stage and 57.84%in the fourth stage(P<0.05);there were significant differences in blood pressure,glomerular filtration rate,blood creatinine,carbon dioxide binding capacity,blood glucose,hemoglobin,blood calcium,blood phosphorus,parathyroid hormone levels among the groups after treatment(P<0.05)Conclusion:1.The TCM syndrome types of chronic kidney disease patients with mineral and bone disorders in 3-4 stage are pure deficiency syndrome and deficiency and excess syndrome,mainly deficiency and excess syndrome2.Qi deficiency syndrome,yin deficiency syndrome,Yang deficiency syndrome,water dampness syndrome,damp heat syndrome and blood stasis syndrome run through the 3-4 stages of chronic kidney disease3.The stages of chronic kidney disease and the clinical manifestations of minerals and bone disorders were correlated with the distribution of TCM syndrome types to different degrees4.The main test indexes(urea nitrogen,creatinine,hemoglobin,albumin,calcium,phosphorus,parathyroid hormone,blood homocysteine,left ventricular mass index)were related to the distribution of TCM Syndrome Types in different degrees5.Traditional Chinese medicine colon dialysis combined with conventional treatment can better improve the clinical symptoms and some biochemical indicators of patients with chronic kidney disease in 3-4 stages combined with mineral and bone abnormalities.Among them,traditional Chinese medicine colon dialysis has advantages in improving gastrointestinal symptoms6.The curative effect of colon dialysis with traditional Chinese medicine on patients with chronic kidney disease in stage 3 is better than that in patients with chronic kidney disease in stage 4. |
