Objective:To observe the changes in long-term renal function, changes in ejection fraction, cardiac function grading, and blood homocysteine in patients with chronic kidney disease in the basic treatment group, basic treatment combined with traditional Chinese medicine colon dialysis group, and explore the contribution of traditional Chinese medicine colon dialysis for CKD patients of cardiovascular disease and long-term renal function prevention,to evaluate whether traditional Chinese medicine colon dialysis has certain advantages in improving patients' ejection fraction,long-term renal function, cardiac function grading, and blood homocysteine.Explore the factors that affect the patient's ejection fraction to provide a reference for clinical treatment.Methods:1.A total of 78 patients with chronic kidney disease were retrospectively collected between July 2017 and December 2019 from the inpatient section of the Department of Nephrology, the First Teaching Hospital of Tianjin University of Traditional Chinese Medicine.33 and 45 patients were relatively included in the basic group(control group)and observation group,in which basic therapy was combined with traditional Chinese medicine colon dialysis.2.The basic treatment of the two groups was the same, that is,control of blood pressure, blood sugar,acid-base electrolyte disorders, and anemia;the treatment course of the two groups was the same,6-10 months, and the total number of colon dialysis in the observation group was 21-28.3.Observe the changes in ejection fraction,long-term renal function changes, cardiac function grading, and blood homocysteine in the two groups of patients before and after treatment, and explore the factors that affect the patient's ejection fraction.Results:1.The baseline data(age, gender, primary disease,CKD stage, cardiac function classification, heart rate)between the two groups were not statistically significant. The baseline of serum creatinine, blood urea nitrogen, blood phosphorus, blood albumin, blood homocysteine, and GFR in patients with CKD3 is consistent. The serum creatinine, blood urea nitrogen, blood calcium, blood phosphorus, blood albumin,The GFR baseline is consistent.2.There was no significant difference between the observation group's ejection fraction change(-1.33±5.74)and the control group(-1.79±5.54);the observation group albumin 38.10(36.85?39.40)and the control group 34.35(31.83?37.60)of CKD3 patients.)Compared with statistically significant differences;the GFR(41.54±18.75)of the observation group in CKD3 patients was significantly different from that of the control group(30.44±8.82);the serum creatinine, blood urea nitrogen,Blood phosphorus and blood homocysteine did not have statistically significant difference compared with the control group;the serum creatinine, blood urea nitrogen, blood calcium, blood phosphorus, blood albumin,GFR of the observation group in CKD4 patients were insignificantly different compared with the control group.3.There was no statistically significant difference between the observation group ejection fraction(-0.69±6.49)and the control group(-2.75±6.04)in CKD3 patients;the observation group ejection fraction change(-1.26±5.38)in CKD4 patients There was no statistically significant difference between the control group(-0.86±4.87);there was no statistically significant difference between the change in ejection fraction(-1.83±6.22)of CKD3 patients and CKD4(-1.12±5.15);the chronic glomerulonephritis group The change in blood fraction(-0.23±3.90)was not significantly different from that in the diabetic nephropathy group(-1.84±5.58)and other disease groups(-2.67±7.23);the change in ejection fraction of the youth group(-7.00±7.55)was not There was no statistically significant difference between the middle-aged group(-1.17±5.73)and the elderly group(-1.48±5.24);the change in ejection fraction(-0.64±4.63)in the normal blood pressure group was not significantly different from that in the hypertension group(-1.88±5.97).Neither was the ejection fraction of no anemia group(0.44±6.12)vs.anemia group(-2.03±5.42).Couclusions:1.Colonic dialysis with traditional Chinese medicine has no obvious advantages in improving ejection fraction, blood creatinine, blood urea nitrogen, blood calcium, blood phosphorus, and cardiac function classification, heart rate.Colonic dialysis with traditional Chinese medicine has significant advantages in improving serum albumin and GFR in CKD3 patients.2.Chronic kidney disease stage, primary disease, age, anemia, and blood pressure have no significant effect on the patient's ejection fraction.
