Research background:In recent years, with the prevention and treatment of various chronic diseases by traditional Chinese medicine at home and abroad received more extensive attention, traditional Chinese medicine in the treatment of chronic kidney disease(CKD)has also made more obvious results,by the industry's attention. It has also achieved satisfactory results in controlling proteinuria and slowing down the progression of CKD to end-stage renal disease(ESRD).The traditional Chinese medicine colon dialysis treatment of CKD because of its economic and convenient and has a significant role in delaying the development of chronic kidney disease patients to ERSD,has been loved by the majority of CKD patients.Since1980 s,traditional Chinese medicine colon dialysis has been used in the treatment of chronic kidney disease patients.Although it can not completely replace the mainstream renal replacement therapy such as hemodialysis and peritoneal dialysis,it is often used as an important auxiliary treatment for chronic kidney disease patients, especially for digestive tract symptoms, because of its "simple, convenient, cheap and easy" characteristics The obvious chronic kidney disease patient,is one kind can obviously improve the digestive tract symptom the treatment method. Therefore, the research on the treatment of chronic kidney disease patients with traditional Chinese medicine colon dialysis has become a hot topic in the field of chronic kidney disease research in recent years. At present, the clinical research on the treatment of chronic kidney disease patients with traditional Chinese medicine colon dialysis is mostly from the microcosmic and specific aspects of improving patients' symptoms, physical signs and laboratory indicators, and less from the macro and broad aspects of the impact of traditional Chinese medicine colon dialysis on chronic kidney disease patients. Therefore, this study starts from the influence of traditional Chinese medicine colon dialysis on the rehospitalization rate of patients with chronic kidney disease, trying to explore whether traditional Chinese medicine colon dialysis has a certain impact on the rehospitalization rate of patients with chronic kidney disease.Research purpose:On the basis of Western medicine basic treatment, such as controlling blood pressure andproteinuria, and adding traditional Chinese medicine colon dialysis treatment,we observed the re hospitalization rate and average hospitalization interval of ckd3-5 non dialysis patients and the influence of traditional Chinese medicine colon dialysis frequency on the re hospitalization rate and average hospitalization interval,so as to evaluate the effect of traditional Chinese medicine colon dialysis on reducing the re hospitalization rate and average hospitalization interval of CKD patients Whether there are certain advantages in hospitalization interval and other aspects, and on this basis, try to explore the factors that affect the rate of re hospitalization.Research methods:In this study, retrospective clinical research methods were used to select 180 non dialysis patients who were hospitalized in the Department of Nephrology, the First Affiliated Hospital of Tianjin University of traditional Chinese medicine from November 2015 to October 2016.According to the relevant criteria of diagnosis, inclusion and exclusion,180 patients were included in the study, and their relevant medical records during hospitalization were consulted and collected Materials, and according to the different treatment methods during their hospitalization, they were divided into Chinese medicine colon dialysis group and basic treatment group. Then through consulting the relevant medical records of patients in hospital, telephone follow-up patients, and record the number of patients in rehospitalization,so as to analyze the rehospitalization rate and the average hospitalization interval.Results:1.188 patients were included in this study,8 of them lost their visit.Among the 180 selected patients,119 were in the traditional Chinese medicine colon dialysis group and 61 in the basic treatment group;during the study period,45 patients entered the dialysis stage, including 34 in the traditional Chinese medicine colon dialysis group and 11 in the basic medicine treatment group.2.There was no significant difference in baseline data(age, gender, primary disease, serum creatinine, urea nitrogen,CKD stage)between the two groups.3.The rehospitalization rate within half a year(13.45%)in the traditional Chinese medicine group was lower than that in the basic treatment group(27.87%);there was nosignificant difference between the rehospitalization rate within one year(36.97%)in the traditional Chinese medicine group and that within one year(37.70%)in the basic treatment group;there was no significant difference between the rehospitalization rate within two years(50.42%)in the traditional Chinese medicine group and that within two years(49.18%)in the basic treatment group. There was no significant difference between the two groups in the average hospitalization interval(262.82±170.202 days).4.There was no significant difference between the rehospitalization rate in half a year(16.33%)of the patients with the frequency of traditional Chinese medicine colon dialysis ?4 times / week and the rehospitalization rate in half a year(27.87%)of the patients without traditional Chinese medicine colon dialysis;there was significant difference between the rehospitalization rate in half a year(12.86%)of the patients with the frequency of traditional Chinese medicine colon dialysis > 4 times / week and the rehospitalization rate in half a year(27.87%)of the patients without traditional Chinese medicine colon dialysis.Conclusion:1.Traditional Chinese medicine colon dialysis can significantly reduce the rehospitalization rate of patients within half a year, but there is no evidence to prove that it has a significant impact on the longer-term rehospitalization rate of patients.2.Traditional Chinese medicine colon dialysis has no significant effect on the average hospitalization interval.3.The frequency of traditional Chinese medicine colon dialysis can significantly affect the rehospitalization rate within half a year. The rate of rehospitalization within half a year can be significantly reduced when the frequency of colon dialysis is more than 4 times / week.4.Traditional Chinese medicine colon dialysis can significantly reduce the rehospitalization rate of patients with chronic glomerulonephritis within half a year.
