Ma Kok Dingchuan Phlegm Decoction Attack Stage Of Child Asthma （Heat Asthma） On T Lymphocyte Subsets CD₄⁺, CD₈⁺Effect

Purpose:Ma Kok dingchuan phlegm decoction on60cases of children with asthma（heat-induced asthma） patients in clinical trials research. By Ma Kok dingchuan phlegmdecoction on asthma in children （heat-induced asthma）， CD₄⁺of peripheral bloodt-lymphocyte subsets, the effects of CD₈⁺，to verify that the angular dingchuan phlegmdecoction on the treatment of children with asthma （heat-induced asthma） have the exactclinical effects.Method:In60children wearing horns of breath phlegm decoction，treatment for4days，respectively，observed in children with symptomatic improvement and adverse reactions，using flow cytometric determination of peripheral blood t-lymphocyte subsets before and aftertreatment in children with CD₄⁺，CD₈⁺and CD₄⁺/CD₈⁺changes.Conclusion:Treatment of anterior CD₄⁺in peripheral blood in children with higherproportion，CD₈⁺the low rate，high CD₄⁺/CD₈⁺ratio，treatment1after the proportionCD₄⁺inperipheral blood in children with reduced CD₈⁺the proportion of higher CD₄⁺/CD₈⁺ratiolower compared with before treatment，a statistically significant difference （P<0.01）.
