Clinical Study On The Treatment Of Knee Osteoarthritis With Liver And Kidney Deficiency By Traditional Chinese Medicine Iontophoresis

ObjectiveThis study is to investigate the comparative analysis of joint activity index,serum inflammatory factor,pain score,blood routine,liver and kidney function before and after treatment of patients with knee osteoarthritis by Shujin liquid fumigation method and Chinese medicine iontophoresis method,and to explore the inheritance of the hospital.The short-term clinical efficacy and safety of Chinese medicine "Xu’s Injury" external treatment drug Shujin liquid(also known as limb washing)through the traditional Chinese medicine iontophoresis method provides more theoretical basis for the clinical use of the traditional Chinese medicine external washing prescription.MethodsSeventy patients with liver and kidney deficiency knee osteoarthritis were collected.70 patients were randomly divided into control group(Shujin liquid fumigation treatment)and research group(Shujin liquid Chinese medicine iontophoresis)using random number table method.Treatment),the treatment cycle is4 weeks.The general data of the two groups were compared before the start of the study.The serum inflammatory factors interleukin-1 and tumor necrosis factor-α were compared before and after treatment.The VAS score,WOMAC score and TCM syndrome score before and after treatment were compared.The safety indexes of blood routine,liver and kidney function before and after treatment were compared between the two groups.Results1.There was no significant difference in the general data(age,gender,duration of disease,BMI index,knee side,X-ray grading)between the two groups before treatment(P>0.05).2.There were no significant differences in blood routine and liver and kidney function between the two groups(P>0.05).The vital signs were stable and no skin allergies were observed in the two groups.3.Before treatment,the two groups of patients were compared with VAS score,WOMAC index score,lysholm score,and TCM syndrome score.The difference was not statistically significant(P>0.05).After 4 weeks of treatment,the three scores in the two groups were compared before and after.The scores were all changed to different degrees,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,the difference between the two groups was statistically significant(P<0.05)in the VAS score,WOMAC score,and lysholm score.There was no significant difference in the TCM syndrome score between the two groups(P>0.05).4.The clinical effective rate after treatment in the two groups was 62.86% in the control group and 85.71% in the study group.The difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).ConclusionExternal washing Chinese medicine through the traditional Chinese medicine external treatment method fumigation method and Chinese medicine iontophoresis method have improved the knee joint function of KOA patients,help the body to reduce the inflammatory reaction,have a good clinical effect;the Chinese medicine iontophoresis method is more fumigation The curative effect of the method is better;Shujin liquid is safe and reliable through the treatment of external Chinese medicine,and this method is worthy of clinical promotion.
