Clinical Effect Of Autologous Microfat Combined With Platelet-rich Plasma(PRP) In Facial Rejuvenation Treatment

Objective:Discussing the clinical effect of autologous microfat and its combination with platelet-rich plasma(PRP)injection transplantation in facial rejuvenation treatment.Methods:Collect patients with facial rejuvenation from October 2016 to September 2019 at the Affiliated Hospital of Guilin Medical University and retrospective analysis.General mm adipose tissue was prepared by routine pumping,static,washing,filtration and purification from the inner and outer sides of the thigh and waist and abdomen.Particulate adipose tissue was prepared by using a particulate fat converter and then centrifuged at low speed(1000 r/min,2min).PRP was prepared by gradient centrifugation with Tricell centrifuge tube.Microfat was mixed evenly with PRP to prepare autogenous Microfat-PRP at 1:4 ratio.According to the type of adipose tissue filled with beauty seekers,beauty seekers were divided into 3 groups.A group was treated with particulate fat,B group with particulate fat combined with PRP,C group with common particulate fat.Multiple layers,multi-tunnels,multi-points,small amounts,low-needle injections followed the Coleman principle for moderate supersaturation(20-30%supersaturation)of fat in each group,to collect and analyze the data of preoperative and postoperative photos,complication rate,operation efficiency,satisfaction and so on.Results:(1)Normal particulate adipose tissue prepared,volume 2?4 mm~3,particulate fat volume about 0.4?0.8mm~3,contains more extracellular matrix,homogenizes well,cell integrity,has a larger surface area per unit volume,PRP preparation is simple and convenient,mixed with particulate fat after injection smooth.(2)Statistical analysis,there was no difference in the general data of sex and age in the three groups(P>0.05),A group and B group had significant efficiency and satisfaction than C group(P<0.05),there was no difference in efficiency and satisfaction between A group and B group(P>0.05).Comparison of the incidence of postoperative complications between the three groups was not statistically significant(P>0.05).(3)There were no serious complications such as fat cyst,fat embolism,induration,infection,mass skin necrosis,fat liquefaction,etc.(4)For those who were satisfied with the effect of fat transplantation,most of them indicated that the skin in the affected area was improved in gloss and elasticity,especially in the combined prp treatment group.Conclusions:(1)The effect of facial rejuvenation treatment with general granular fat transplantation is not good,and the satisfaction is not high.(2)Microfat and microfat-PRP in facial rejuvenation treatment,filling effect is better,satisfaction is higher.(3)Microfat combined PRP treatment can improve skin quality to some extent more effectively.
