Objective To investigate the clinical efficacy of autologous platelet-rich plasma gel(APG)in the treatment of residual burn wounds.Method A total of 60 patients who were enrolled in the treatment of burn residual wounds from March 2015 to September 2016 in Gansu Provincial People's Hospital were randomly divided into two groups(n = 30).After routine treatment of the wound, the treatment group used autologous platelet-rich plasma gel(APG)to treat the wound, and the control group used gel matrix ingredients to apply the wound. The wound surface were used sterile transparent film paste after fixation, dressing changed every other day.Recorded the maturation degree of granulation tissue and the wound healing time on 6th day and 12 th day after the first administration. And observed the rate of wound healing and the positive rate of wound culture were observed at different time points. The levels of epidermal growth factor and fibroblast growth factor were measured at different time points.Detect the blood routine and urine routine, liver and kidney function in patients before and after treatment. Results Data were analyzed by SPSS 17.0 software. The results show that The maturation degree of granulation tissue in the treatment group was higher than that in the control group at 6 days and 12 days after the first administration(P <0.01).The healing time(20.6 ± 6.3)days in the treatment group was less than that in the control group(28.5±7.8)days,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.01).Comparison of wound healing rates in different time periods:There was no significant difference in the wound healing rate 6 days after the first dressing change between the treatment group(16.17 ± 5.01%)and the control group(14.16 ± 5.5)%(P> 0.05).The rate of wound healing 12 days after the first dressing change was statistically significant(P <0.05)in the treatment group(41.06±22.44)% compared with the control group(29.01 ± 19.03).The rate of wound healing 18 days after the first dressing change was significantly higher in the treatment group(71.74 ±24.04%)than in the control group(52.82±29.56%)(P <0.01).The rate of bacterial infection in the two groups was statistically significant on the 18 th day afte the first dressing(P <0.05).The level of epidermal growth factor and fibroblast growth factor in the wound tissue of the treatment group on the 6th day and 12 th day after the first dressing was significantly higher than that of the control group(P <0.05).During the course of treatment, there was no local or systemic discomfort in the treatment group, and no significant abnormality was found in the relevant laboratory tests. Conclusion The effect of autologous platelet-rich plasma gel(APG)on the treatment of burn residual wounds is significant, which can increase the level of local growth factor, promote the growth of granulation tissue, accelerate the healing of wound, effectively shorten the healing time, and have good safety. It also plays an important role in antibacterial and anti infection.
