Objective: Acute vertebral fractures are common in elderly patients, most often occurring in the thoracolumbar vertebra. After vertebral fractures, patients have obvious clinical symptoms, mainly unbearable pain and limited movement, which seriously affect the normal life of patients.Currently, percutaneous vertebroplasty(PVP)is most commonly used for patients with acute vertebral fractures, which can stabilize the vertebra, rapidly relieve pain symptoms and allow early recovery.PVP intraoperative need perspective for vertebral body piercing responsibility, infusion of bone cement and postoperative checking their bone cement dispersion and whether there is leakage of bone cement, the perspective of surgery physicians have radiation damage,at the same time complete the PVP is often associated with bone cement leakage, affect the surgical curative effect,This paper discusses the application of ordinary DSA perspective and Xper-CT to complete PVP.two groups of patients with preoperative and postoperative VAS score, the perspective of time length and the difference of bone cement leakage,at the same time using scanning CT features of postoperative vertebral body check bone cement leakage rate and postoperative perspective found bone cement leakage rate differences. Methods: Patients with acute vertebral compression fractures from June 2018 to May 2019 in Sinopharm Dongfeng General Hospital were selected, and the 62 patients selected for PVP treatment were divided into the conventional group and the Xper-CT group according to the random number method. The VAS scores were recorded 1 day before surgery,3 days after surgery, and 3 months after surgery, and the fluoroscopy time and cement leakage of each patient in the two groups,at the same time, respectively statistics through the perspective and CT volume scanning in the diagnosis of bone cement leakage situation, comparing two groups of patients in the diversity of preoperative and postoperative VAS score and the perspective differences and bone cement leakage was the length of time, perspective and the differences of CT volume scanning in the diagnosis of bone cement leakage. Results: There was no significant difference in VAS score between the conventional group and the Xper-CT group at 1 day before surgery(P>0.05).There was no significant difference in VAS scores between the conventional group and the Xper-CT group at 3 days after surgery(P>0.05).There was no statistically significant difference in VAS scores between the conventional group and the Xper-CT group 3 months after surgery(P>0.05).VAS scores of patients in the conventional group and Xper-CT group at 3 days after surgery were compared with those at 1 day before surgery, and the difference between the comparison groups were significant(P<0.05).The operative fluoroscopy time of Xper-CT group was significantly less than that of the conventional group, and the difference between the comparison groups were significant(P<0.01).The incidence of bone cement leakage in the conventional group was higher than that in the Xper-CT group, and the difference between the comparison groups were significant(P<0.05).The incidence of bone cement leakage detected by fluoroscopy was significantly lower than that of CT volume scanning, and the difference between the comparison groups were significant(P<0.05).Conclusion: After the application of Xper-CT to complete PVP,pain relief was obvious, intraoperative fluoroscopy time was significantly reduced, and the incidence of bone cement leakage was low.CT volume scanning can detect more bone cement leaks.
