| Academic pressure is an uncomfortable experience in the learning process,research shows that the academic pressure of college students today has become one of the major sources of stress.Higher academic pressure may lead individual product aggressive behavior,which will cause serious harm to university teachers and students.Peer relationships and personality traits of individuals as two important factors,the impact on the relationship between academic stress and aggressive will be the focus in this study.In this study,academic stress scale,Friendship Quality Scale,Big Five Personality Inventory and aggressiveness scales to 485 college students were tested as subjects,examined the academic pressure of college students,peer relationships,personality traits and aggressiveness the general condition;and the related research and regression relationship academic stress,peer relationships,aggression and personality traits;eventually build peer relationships and personality traits have mediating effect model adjusted for academic pressure and aggressive.The main findings are as follows:1.There are significant differences academic pressure between different grades stages.A high level of academic pressure first grade and third grade,low academic pressure level of the second grade and fourth grade.2.The presence of girls and boys peer relationship quality significantly different.On trust and support,companionship and entertainment,certainly value,intimate bare and exchange these dimensions,girls’ scored significantly higher than boys’ score.3.Academic stress has a positive correlation with aggressiveness,the greater academic stress has the greater aggressive behavior will be made.Peer relationships and academic pressure,peer relationships and aggressiveness showed a significant negative correlation,it shows that on higher academic stress situation the higher quality of peer relationships can adjust individuals’ mentation to avoid the aggressive behavior.4.Agreeableness trait has a significant negative correlation with academic pressure and aggression,but it has a significant positive correlation with peer relationships.5.The trust and support dimension in peer relations play a significant mediating effect between academic pressure and aggression.With the trust and support level increase,the effect of academic pressure on aggressive will decrease.6.Personality traits play a significant regulation role between trust and support dimension and aggressive.7.Peer relationships,and personality traits have a significant adjustment mediating effect between academic stress and aggressive. |
